We had a small job to do: replace a walkway and front steps. Cambridge Garden Centre gave us a very competitive quote and we booked them to do the work. Then COVID happened and they weren't allowed to come out and do it until recently. Tony, the owner, made sure I was at or near the top of the list of projects when they were allowed to return and he was true to his word. His crew did a great job (as you can see). We're moving out of town so won't be able to use them for anything else, but we'd highly recommend. Just a great experience start to finish.

My Landscape company recently completed a large front/back yard design and build in the Cambridge area. Since our company is headquartered in another city, we contacted CGC to provide all material for this job. This was the first time we worked with CGC. Our experience was simply the best! I've been comming here for years, and always get fabulous service. I've bought trees, soil, mulch, sand, and landscaping stone. Seriously.... everyone here is just pleasent and nice. I recently had Tony come to my house to update the front lawn with a huge Colorado spruce, and some armor stone. He and his crew did a great job, and the front of my house looks awsome. I thought the cost was very good also. Tony is great to deal with, and knows his stuff. He has a great eye for landscaping, so make use of his suggestions ;)

They have a pretty decent selection here. Lots of various stone sizes, shapes, types and colours. They sell P gravel, play sand, crushed red clay, a gravel, river stone and others. The layout is a little haphazard and confusing, but that's partly due to the garden center portion being empty now. Staff was great and the dude helped me out loading my stone and gravel. Overall, great.

I have never bought from here but did phone just now and the phone service was extremely nice and friendly. They don't have flowers like I needed but did refer me to someone else that I will be calling soon. Had a bad experience. Spent thousands of dollars. Had a few trees that were having issues. They came out and looked at them and said dont worry about it the are ok. I kept telling them they are not doing good. They kept saying don't worry about it they are fine. The second year one of them died. They did not help me in anyway. They were very rude

Bought a yard of triple mix on May 3 , 2016. Had a concern so I contacted them. Was extremely pleased with their response. They bent over backwards to help me. Use to attend this location for my landscaping needs. My wife was behind one of their gravel trucks and very obviously a large rock flew off and cracked her windshield. I called them and spoke with managment who refused to do anything. Luckily my wife took pictures and contacted the opp regarding the unsafe load and operator failing to clean his unit. Wont see my business again.

If you like your neighbors, don't use these guys to do your landscaping projects. Our neighbor needed access to his backyard to do his landscaping a couple of years ago so asked us if he could use our backyard to get that access. We were also landscaping our backyard at the time so agreed. But Cambridge Landscaping COMPLETELY abused that privilege. They stored materials in our front yard without permission, drove their equipment through our back yard for over a week (when they implied they needed a couple of days), made huge tracks in the lawn without ever repairing them, crushed some shrubs and never replaced them, made massive amounts of dust clouds cutting stone for two weeks after starting the project and covering everything we owned in the front yard and backyard in stone dust and all of the windows on the house, worked late every night AND on Sundays and told me to go to hell when I complained about the noise/dust/sound. We were obviously infuriated with them 2 years ago but our neighbor hired them again this month to redo his front yard. Lucky us. Guess what? The exact same issues. They even dumped all of their materials each day on the road and just put cones around them, causing major traffic issues. They also backed one of their dump trucks onto our driveway to turn around and cracked one of the pavers. They said they would not fix it. They then cut pavers for our neighbor and a massive cloud of stone dust came over our driveway covering all of our vehicles. I ran over to tell them to stop. Again, they told me to go to hell. Wow, these guys don't care about anyone around them. Not one bit. They hire people from Portugal and I wonder how many are actually legally working here. They told me that they needed to earn a living so I needed to shut my mouth and go away. Such a professional team...not!

Very bad experience. They don't care about their costumers and their service is terrible. Workers were very rude and didnt treat their costumers right. The workers that planted the trees have no idea about their job. Each time we called them to check our trees, they would decline our calls or never come and check them because they just say every tree is ok, no need to check it out. Yet, our trees died and turned yellow. They also dont give warranty they only care about getting money and their business.
