Covid measures are good. Sanitize when you walk in and whenever you use a scoop, chuck it in a bin to be cleaned. Staff are very friendly.

Very good bulk barn almost as good as it was whole life coming here since early childhood has gone downhill a little some sketchy people hang around here sometimes and break ins around the plaza some security guards would be needed a very large variety of candy jellybeans chocolate and nuts bird seed dog treats and baking ingredients great holaday candies and peas beans and things for birthday parties

With lockdown coming, Bulk Barn has tried to take new measures by implementing one time use of their scoops and tongs! They would like you to use them once and deposit them into the carts throughout the store that they have clearly marked! Too bad some special people just don't get the concept and put them back in the bins while I was there today! ????????????????????????. Covid people.... The stores are trying, wear your masks, keep your social distances, and stay safe! Be well one and all!

I visited the store twice on Friday the first time I was greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Chelsea who led me around at a safe distance retrieved all my products in a friendly manner so a huge thank you for keeping your products safe. I recently have started to shop at the Bulk Barn and I'm so impressed with all the staff. The manager has been helpful by showing me healthier alternatives and the staff are very quick at check out!

Went in to bulk barn to take advantage of there 20 % discount on non plastic bag purchases. Had 8 or 9 different glass jars that had to be pre weighted. The very nice lady at the counter quickly recorded each empty container and i was off shopping. Must say very clean store no items on floors or under bins. Only down side the cooler at the back is currently out of order, no cold drinks available. Too bad since the humidex outside is over 40. Would go back.

✔✅✅✅✔ Bulk Barn, Cambridge, on Hespeler. Had everything I needed, store was clean and staff is very friendly. I was a little nervous when I entered without my mask as I have a medical exemption. I noticed one of the employees was watching me. So I asked her if she could just direct me to the product I needed so I could be out quicker and she said "no no worries at all!" She directed me to the product was incredibly friendly and helpful as well as the young boy who was cashing me out. I will definitely be returning here!

Terrible staffing, only 1 person working when there’s a line up of over 6 people and at least 20 other people in the store. Impossible to get help at all even after waiting in the only line to ask a question. never coming back to this location again never had a worst experience.

It's a bulk Barn. Always an adventure when you walk in. I was recently impressed by the selection of loose leaf teas and flavoured coffees. Pretty good deal compared to teavana or David's.

Came in today to buy cake supplies. The lady that escorted me around the store was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly did not want to be there and did not hesitate to make that clear. The other staff seemed very polite.

Staff were super friendly today. They still have their covid procedures in place. Masks required, no reuse of scoops and sanitizing when you come in before shopping.

This is a great store, has lots of good food all fresh easy to find. I shop here often. Today, however, as I was waiting to pay for my purchase, I heard the cashier (whose first name begins with c,) be incredibly rude to a shopper who had just entered. And then she was rude to me as I stepped up to the cash. I know these are difficult times but there's no need for that.

These people are handling the lockdown requirements perfectly. The only concern I have with it, is the shared pencils. I would suggest a similar process to the scoops, using pens rather than pencils.

The new layout and set-up is awful. The new bins do not stay open while you scoop, the scoops are in the bin and you can’t close the lid properly if the scoop isn’t right and the lid is a sharp plastic so it cuts your hand while you are putting the scoop back in. The flow/grouping of products is odd too. The cash being where it is people line up in two spots and get mad when it’s not their turn.
