Easy to talk too despite the language barrier, me being French as much as I can.... Always ready to help find the right action to take during any season.

Removal of over 65' of ivy and and hydrangea covered fencing and replacement with Durapost closed lapped fence. Immediately other side of this was a neighbour's low retaining wall with several cables running the length of it and which was very close to their house. From site visit and consultation to removal of the old ivy covered fencing and posts everything went very smoothly. The speed of the whole job was incredibly quick with the garden left very clean of debris. Most impressive.

Zaid replaced two lengths of fence in my garden including a gate. The first was a boundary with a neighbour who had a lot of established planting but Zaid negotiated options to get the job done in a way that pleased all parties. Zaid always arrived on time, communicated what he's doing, asked for input and generally made you feel involved. All good stuff and hope to use him again soon.

Really happy with the work they did for me. Removed existing slabs and laid a much larger patio in its place. As well as installed a new fence. All the work was completed very quickly in my opinion, to a high standard and at the agreed price. They kept me involved in the process and provided options/advice where needed. Overall, great! Very happy. I’m sure we’ll use them again in the future!

Zaid has carried out a number of jobs in my garden to a very high standard, including landscaping, hedge cutting and general garden maintenance. He is very efficient and gets on with the job in hand, carrying out the tasks he said he would do in the time he stated and quoted for. Plus he is a really friendly guy. I can only recommend him.

I am very happy with Zaid's services. I have used him twice to make some repairs to my fence. Both times he showed up exactly when he said he would to estimate the work and provide the quote. He then proceeded to promptly complete the work to an excellent standard and on-time. On top of that he is a genuinely good guy with a great sense of humor. Nothing but positive things to say about Zaid and the BGS. Great customer service - Zaid was friendly and reliable. I had a garden that was left abandoned for over a year and Zaid managed to get it into a great state in the matter of hours. He also explained some of the problem areas to look out for in the future and advice on how to deal with them. Can't recommend BGS enough.
