I sent a Facebook Messenger message to them in the morning and Mark was here in the early afternoon, with a quote later that evening. I scheduled a date and the guys showed up, introduced themselves, and went over what they were going to do. Super friendly and professional. They cleaned up, chipped, and hauled everything away (worth the cost right there). They also raked and cleaned the entire yard. They recommended a few injections for my trees to maintain their health. I’d highly recommend these guys. Great job! ????????

Recently we had a large 70 ft evergreen tree removed. The fellows that came by to remove the tree were extremely careful not to damage the house (as the tree was close by) and were mindful of the landscaping around the tree as well. They also ground the stump and left the mulch for us to use in our landscaping. Overall, we were very happy with the service. Emails or calls were returned promptly and they really ensured we were happy with the service.

Cleaned up all branches and leaves on job completion. 2nd time we have had this company and would contract with them again. Prune it up I contacted Mark to have a tree removed as we were happy with the service that we had the first time we used Prune it Up. They text and remind when they are coming and are very prompt and reliable. Tyler came to the door and identified himself as to what he would be doing that day. They were very careful and conscientious in the work they did. Kevin and Aaron also introduced themselves when I was outside and made sure we understand we knew how big the tree was and how the process was going to work. On May 12th, I had four guys from Prune It Up! arrive at my home with the "Thing 2" truck to prune five trees on my property - 2 birch, 2 mountain ash and a crab apple. They were amazing on so many levels and I am so pleased!!! Talk about personality! All four were willing to listen, answer questions, offer tree care suggestions and were not phased as they were watched most of the time while they worked - I found what they did fascinating! The team was at my place for a little less than 2 hours. They took their time, really checking out each tree from every angle to make sure that they were balanced as they pruned. When they trimmed the two birch in my front yard, they made sure that the branches that were too low to the ground were trimmed up. My husband is so happy he doesn't have to crouch down when he mows the lawn anymore! My crabapple tree is very happy now. It was a very well established tree (20+ years) old, but needed to be shaped and had a lot of branches crossing over. It has lots of room to flourish now and is beautifully trimmed. We also had two mountain ash in the backyard, both around 10 years old. One needed some extra attention as it had hardly leafed out last year (we were afraid it had fire blight). My husband and I were concerned that if we left this tree, it simply wouldn't make another season. The man who pruned it explained why it hadn't leafed out, proceeded to thin it out and take off the lower branches. I can tell already that it is much happier. After pruning each tree, the team picked up all the fallen branches from the ground, raked, and chipped all the branches in their mulching truck. I would like to say they left the property looking like they hadn't been there, but that simply isn't true. They left it looking SO MUCH BETTER!!! Thank you! You really are the "A TEAM"! Marlyse

They went up about 30 ft on the trees - everything looks so much healthier. I was really impressed. Jeremy and Tyler from Prune It Up were great. They trimmed two of my spruce trees, I can see to back out of my drive way now. What a treat! They also cleared the deadwood out of my huge ornamental crab. It looks absolutely beautiful and healthy now. They were on time, funny, polite, informative and just a joy to work with. They cleaned as they went so no worries about what to do with the branches. I also have oyster shell blight in my fruit trees and they didnt spray them because I had missed the window and spraying wouldnt do any good. Proved to me they were not in it to rip me off with an unnecessary cost but i will be calling them in the spring to have it done. All in all a great company and will recomend them to anyone. Mark came over and took a look at our 2 very large spruce trees in our back yard. He went over with us what needed to be done and listened to our questionxs. The estimate was emailed to us later that day. We were given a date for 3 weeks later. Five well equipped and appropriately dressed tree pruners arrived on that date at the scheduled time. Four scurried up into the 2 trees and 1 stayed on the ground and carried branches out to the chipper. It was interesting to watch as they had all safety gear on, safety harness, helmuts, etc. They answered all my questions and were polite and respectful . They worked their way up the trees removing dead branches and spacing out branches. These 5 employees were very focused on getting the job done and doing a great job while they were here. They also tipped the lower branches back as ours is not shaped but natural. Everything was cleaned up after they were done and they went over the fence and removed branches and debris that had fallen into our neighbours yards. I had the crew from Prune it up out this week to prune a large Russian Olive tree that is about 50 years old. It had a few areas of dead wood and was hanging over my house and neighbor's house. The crew was great! Especially Zac, the head Arbourist. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
