Totally happy with Mirage Landscaping! They have transformed my garden at a VERY reasonable cost. I had some work done 7 years ago and was wanting an extension of my patio and some other work done and I could not be happier. Poor customer service. I reached out to them regarding thatching and aerating services this spring. I was to recieve a pricing booklet which I did not get. I contacted them 10x following this promise over the course of 3 business days. I did not get a call back after leaving messages. In return when I was finally able to get a hold of them, they had told me their services were booked for the spring. Would I have made the cut if information was forwarded to me promptly? Possibly, we will never know.

I've had the team at Mirage out to do spring clean up for a few years now, and I am always super pleased with the results. I come home to a beautifully cleaned up yard, including all my flower beds, aerated, fertilized and ready for spring. Highly recommend them

one of your big red trucks with a plow in the front almost hit our children and myself this morning in Cranston. He sped around the corner, ran a stop sign probably hit some black ice and almost ended up in our driving way. It’s 7am in the morning, slow down. Unprofessional, install a dash cam in your employee vehicles.

One of the employees who was spraying pesticide on 17th Ave SW had to go around my car with his hose to spray the area near my car. Instead of taking the hose and bringing the extra length he needed around my car he decided to pull the end and drag the hose across the side of my car leaving black marks on the side of my vehicle. Either this guy is lazy or he just doesn't really care. Very unprofessional for how little extra effort it would have been to bring the hose around my car.

This was a probably the nightmare job of the summer, it took awhile but came out as you can see stunning and perfect. Our drainage was so bad it would of ultimately ruined our home without us knowing it, we are forever grateful Mirage came and found these issues and corrected them forever. There’s more to do but to have the piece of mind we have now is priceless. Never seen guys work as hard even with what was a puzzle from day one ! Cant recommend enough , price was worth every cent !

We hired mirage to do a walkway, retaining wall, stone steps, and patio in the spring of 2018. I recommend them. The lead landscsper on the job met me at the pavers suppliers to go over products, kept the worksite tidy, and returned my phone calls promptly. His work is excellent in my opinion. The only thing they could have improved on, in my opinion, is communicating the expected work completion date. I was expecting the work to be done a little earlier.

They go above and beyond to make sure our store looks presentable to the public. On big snow events they even do 2nd visits as requested with just as good quality as the first trip around.
