I was happy with their fast service called in the morning and had my gravel that afternoon. Reasonably priced, and had a smaller truck to get into the tight spot.

I am really disappointed with the quality of top soil delivered to me ~4 weeks ago. It was full of small plastic bag pieces, rocks, wood chips and branches. I am also seeing a lot of weed coming out on places I didn't have weed before, 4+ weeks later. Photos I submitted with this review are only small portion of what I have already thrown away. I'm giving two stars only because their delivery was prompt and professional, unfortunately the soil is very bad and I recommend you to order somewhere else instead. P.S. I've placed my glove so that you can see the size of garbage I have found in the soil.

Our community garden has used Artisan for a number of years now. Their products and service have always been excellent. This year there was a fairly minor mistake that could have escalated into a major one. Jordan took ownership of it and basically bent over backwards to rectify it. I don't care about mistakes, I make them all the time, but how people and companies deal with them says a lot about their character. Artisan genuinely care and we will gladly use them in the future.

I've used Artisan veggie mix in my garden for the last 4 years and can say, hands down, it's the best soil I have ever worked with. As an experienced gardener with over 15 yrs of gardening under my belt - I can attest I've never grown bigger and healthier vegetables (including pumpkins topping 350lbs!), tomatoes as big as my fist, 11ft tall corn stalks and giant dahlias with flowers the size of my head. The delivery service is fast and the people are friendly. What more could you want! HIGHLY recommended!
