TLDR -would not use them again as it was a lot of chasing to get things done and the end product was just okay. We needed some landscaping work - re-sodding and pulling out a lot of weeds, and putting in mulch. The quote had very random numbers and I asked for a breakdown but only got it when I was billed. The itemized quote didn't line up although the final amount did so I didn't worry too much about it but it was unprofessional for sure. Part of the area that needed to be re-sodded was adjoining my neighbour's yard and the lawn was going to be ripped up. Michael came unannounced with a sod cutter 2 weeks ahead of the time we were planned to do the work and I said I don't care about the back and leaving the ripped up sod, but I want the grass adjoining my neighbour to be removed that day. He said that it makes sense and he would do it. Then he said he couldn't do it 30 mins later when he was about to leave. 30 EXTRA rolls were ordered so I asked him to do a few more lines. He said he was going to keep it on the curb hoping that it would be stolen!!! We kept all of them and put it on areas we needed, but I paid way too much for an area that didn't require it! We had to be on their case to make sure things were done correctly and based on our agreed terms. I tried to reason with him several times and nothing worked. I would never use this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The crew have always been on time, finished the job with complete cleanup. The crew cleans up so well it is hard to tell sometimes if they were even here. Michael and his crew are a bunch of hard-working young men in the neighbourhood that have taken care of a number of property management issues for us over the last several years (lawn cutting, garden weeding, mulching, tree trimming, roof clearing, leaf raking, etc). They are honest, dependable, pro-active, and their prices are very reasonable - as a parent of young ones whose time was at a premium I was more than happy to pay what they charged me for the work that they did as they already had all of the equipment and know-how. I would highly recommend you reach out to Michael first if you ever need to take care of something property-related.
