I was in Commercial Property Management in a senior capacity for a major corporation for 37 years and worked with a multitude of companies in snow removal and landscaping over my career. From what I’ve seen and witnessed from Garden Grove, I wish I would have had the opportunity to work with them! Snow removal is a very difficult undertaking! You are, totally, at the mercy of the weather patterns. Landscaping is about property presentation. They deal with both effectively and efficiently!

The complex that hires them to come out may need to rethink them. I had my flaming bush cut down to almost nothing and horrible cut. It was just ready to bloom. I called the office 2x and left a message and never got a phone call back. I don't appreciate be ignored. 2 days now and still no return phone call.

I have been in the Landscape Industy in one aspect or another for 25 years. Garden Grove Landscaping Inc has always been highly regarded as an industry best company. I approached David in January and asked for his help with my resume to which he responded quickly and professionally. But I must add we do not know each other personally he did this as an industry favour for a fellow collegue. I would not hesitate to recommend Garden Grove Landscaping Inc. to anyone looking for Commercial Grounds maintenance.

Performed sub-par work. Asked for it to be fixed under warranty. They said no. Asked for a meeting to just walk the property to have a discussion...didn’t get a response. Integrity and workmanship are two issues here. Very sad as all we wanted was the work done right.

I should have wrote this review long time ago. Garden Grove did a big project which turned my front and back yards into a beautiful Oasis. I brought a new house in Morrison area Oakville but my wife did not like the front and back yards at all so we start looking for a Landscaping company which could do both design and construction immediately after we moved in. We picked up 3 companies from the internet search and Garden Grove was one of them. (it's web site was very nice) The reason we finally use Garden Grove was because of the owner David Lammers. David was a very good listener. Because he was a good listener so he was able to understand what we wanted and what kind of images of our garden in our mind. I think this is very important because even we did have some certain images in our mind those images needs to be understood by the people who was going to do your garden and was going to make those images in our mind to the real one. David is such a person. The project took almost whole summer last year. The experience was unique. We were so happy to use Garden Grove to do the garden for us. Now it is the first summer since the new garden. We enjoy it very much. I spend as much as possible time stay outside to enjoy my book and coffee and my wife Caly enjoy so much the small garden work outside. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone who is going to do a landscaping work!

I will happily change this review once I don’t have to call them every time they plow, creating a barrier in front of my car of 1-2 feet of snow. Due to their employee’s laziness, they don’t shovel it after piling the snow directly in front of my car. My designated parking spot is near the pile and they can fully see what they’re doing but don’t fix it until I call to complain bc I can’t get my car out. Not only this but the customer service clearly doesn’t care. They promise they’ll call back or send someone but they don’t. Awful company.

I guess the workers aren't required to remove large bundles of paper out of their way while using ride on mowers. And I guess the gentlemen using the leaf blower only wanders around not removing waste. Great job!!!!. Sadly the work has been great up untill the last few months. Atleast at 640

I just want to say that I have nothing but positive experiences with Garden Grove ! Our complex looks great and I have had dealings with Landscaping companies in the past that have serviced us that have been, need I say, difficult. Specifically, my dealings with Chris (whom I believe is a Manager) and Tanessa have been pleasant and informative! Kudos to your crews! It looks great here and it makes it easy to come home to a well serviced property!!

Here we are yet again waiting for Garden Grove to show up. This company is the absolute worst. They are well paid for terrible service. Stay away from them.

Our small condominium building in Oakville asked Garden Grove to design a brand new landscaping plan for three garden areas in the front of our building. The design team came up with a brilliant plan that showcases our building and makes excellent use of existing treed areas. We love it! In spite of moving boulders, digging through rocks and clay, the crew did an amazing job and the end result exceeded our expectations. Working with dedicated professionals makes our job as a Board much easier and less stress for everyone. Over the past three years, Garden Grove has done an excellent job improving and maintaining all our gardens, and lawn areas.

Every year I go through the same thing with your workers. Half of them do not know the difference from a weed or a perennial. They clean out the centre walkway garden, ( which I have taken great pride of for 23 years ). It's very upsetting when I'm waiting patiently for my perennials to poke up and they're not there anymore after they've cleaned out the garden. Secondly, when they were here today to cut the grass, I specifically asked for them to blow the cuttings off my patio. This was not done nor was the walkway cleaned either. This is infuriating!!!! I was so impressed with the crew that was here this morning and the pride they took in the work they did. The flower gardens were outstanding this year. My condo corp pays this company for snow removal. You know the horror stories of people who pay snow removal companies for a seasons work and they get burned because they never show up? I cant say that's the case with garden grove, because they do show up... just about 24+ hours after the snowfall. It would almost be better they didnt show up because some of the kids that live here could do a better job for $20.

They constantly trim my backyard, and leave an uneven cut and yellow marks all over. Today I asked an employee to mow my backyard, and not trim it. He immediately put down his trimmer and walked all the way back to their truck to grab a mower, and proceeded to mow my lawn. If more people are like this at Garden Grove, I would recommend them.

Mulched my grass. Never offered to fix it .now its dead grass is a bunch of areas .bad landscaping . Triming is horrible to the point where its mud. When helloween decor is up they ruin it .sevral people has had this happen to them at this complex they dont care about decor . Garden grove is horrible service .there are better companys that will wont ruin your grass or decor .
