We chose to have Earthworks do our front walkway this summer after seeing their great work on a family member's patio, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. We've had so many compliments from neighbors and friends! The team was very efficient and professional, and were great at keeping us in the loop throughout the project, which we really appreciate. We'd definitely call them again if we have another landscaping project in the future!

This past June I contracted Earthworks Landscaping to remove and replace an old interlock patio as well as add a new patio to another part of the property. Earthworks came out to the house to give me an estimate which fell well within my budget. Once the work was agreed upon they were fast efficient and very professional! I was always in contact with someone from Earthworks while the project was underway, they cleaned up before they left for the day and were respectful of my neighbours property when bringing in any equipment. I especially appreciated that they guaranteed their work. I am very pleased with the job and would happily recommend them to anyone :)

Bert and his team are absolute professionals and strive to ensure that the project is completed to the homeowners satisfaction. In particular, Klaas and Mark went out of their way to followup once the project was completed. I would HIGHLY recommend using Earthworks for any outdoor project. Ours was an outdoor BBQ island which required a lot of detail work and custom fitting.

Fantastic company for landscaping. The team were on-premise for just under 2 weeks and the team varied in size between 2 and 5. Nolan was the foreman and always happy to provide ad-hoc updates when I was sticking my nose in. His role also evolved to helping us chase down escapee labradors. The rest of the team were pofessional and pleasant guys and took pride in their work. If you have cranky or nosy neighbors, I'll add they did perform a tidy up at the end of each day. The quality of work and final result far exceeded our expectations. Curb appeal has gone through the roof and we can't wait to use the sideyard next year. Met Bert (owner) today for final payment and he seems like a thoroughly decent individual. Finally for mere mortals, getting some landscaping done is a big decision and we did have some trepidation taking the plunge. Have no fear using these guys. They will do an amazing job.

I live in a condominium complex and I can honestly say our streets, including both ‘enter and exit’ ramps and all our sidewalks have never looked so clear of all ice, snow and slush...safer for everybody!!! The Foreman, Klaas, showed up and plowed and shovelled, with his team, and literally turned our streets and sidewalks into a safer and cleaner space for our kids and our cars!!! Will hire again in a heartbeat ???? Thank you ???????? ????????????

We connected with Bert online and he sent us Klaas ... Klaas looked at our situation, where we wanted our outdoor small kitchen area. It was in a very tricky area, but he did the measurements and said it wouldn't be a problem. Within a day or two we received a quote and a timeline for starting the project. The team (Mark and Liam) started on time, in fact, they showed up ahead of schedule. The job took about 2.5 days, they showed up on time, they were very nice to deal with, professional and friendly and explained what they were doing. They did awesome work ... We are SO HAPPY with their work and the outcome! This company really understands customer service and they care about what they do! We highly recommend this company ????????????. Ps. They were also very tidy!

We used Earthworks Landscaping for our backyard patio, driveway & walkway and our fire pit. The work they did is absolutely stunning! I love enjoying my backyard now, it's so beautiful and I always get compliments from guests. The whole team was professional and easy to work with. They came out to hear our vision, put together a design then executed it. They were open to suggestions and changes as we progressed through the work. I would highly recommend this company. P.s. my patio is beautiful stone, one level slightly elevated with a tree in the middle and stone pillars for a pergola around my hot tub. They did flag stone leading from my patio to my fire pit and the pit is a circular pattern with stones. They also put matching flag stones leading to our shed. The driveway had a border of stone with asphalt in the middle and then our walkway is also stone. I wish I could post pictures because it truly is stunning! I'm so happy with how it all turned out :)!

We had our driveway paved and then used Earthworks repair the landscaping along both borders of the driveway. The Earthworks crew did a great job. The cement curbs were placed with laser precision and have not budged over the winter. The drainage system put in along one side of the driveway to prevent flooding worked a it was suppose to We also contracted Earthworks to plow our private lane (about 1km long). They were there early so all residents could get to work safely and on time. We would not hesitate to use Earthworks again for any landscaping jobs.

I'd like to say good things but after they came to see what we wanted done we were told "I will come back to measure and let you know". Translation, we're not interested and you will never hear from me again even if you send an email I will not reply. All you had to say was no instaed of keeping us hanging.

We had two large landscaping projects done by Earthworks. First was in 2015, removal and rebuilding a retaining wall and fence. We were very impressed with the prompt quote and service, quick time to complete job, and quality of work. Prices were competitive. Because they were so reliable and quick, we considered them for our second major project in 2019- removal of the sunroom attached to our house, a deck installed in its place, and new fences and sod. It was a more complicated quoting process this time- lots of design options given, and back and forth with Brit who was so patient and helped us to consider all our options and narrowed it down to what worked best for our budget and our wish list. The job itself was started on time and completed as per schedule (two weeks, very fast for a complete backyard redo!) The foreman Klass and crew Jay and Nolan were excellent to work with also- happy to answer questions and provided updates daily. Klaas was able to do a small addition of under deck storage doors mid project with no hassle. Bert the owner came by a few times to make sure job was going well. Overall- a quality finished project, hassle free, good prices, and our dream backyard! Thanks Earthworks!!!! (And thanks from our kids who are loving the backyard!!)

Really happy with the work done on our outdoor kitchen, the work was timely and on budget. Steve the foreman was a rock star, he worked with me through the whole project making sure we were on the same page with some of the design features. I am still completely impressed with how they brought a 4X8X3 slab of stone into a very tight working areas and placed it as my counter top, they were very respectful and careful with my property. Will definitely hire them for my next project.

Called for an estimate for a driveway widening and repaving. Although the appointment was easy to book and their rep came out on time, I never received the estimate and could not book the job. I tried calling and emailing but never received a reply. They wasted my time and don't have the common curtesy to call back. Says a lot about this business.

Quality of the work was good after having an issue with the initial work that was done. Customer service is great before the full payment is made but after they have been paid it is impossible to reach them especially when warranty comes into play. I have left multiple messages/emails, made multiple phone calls and have not heard back from them in weeks in order to fix an issue after the fact that falls under the warranty and have been ignored. If you go with them, better to get everything right the first time before you pay and can’t get ahold of them to fix any issues that fall under warranty that they use as a “selling point” to justify their pricing.

Earthwork came to do an estimate for 2 small patios and a walkway. Bert showed up and immediately said that he forgot his measuring tape! !Who forgets that? .He then says that he would return to measure. Bert. .nor anyone else from earthwork has never returned or called me back.. I guess they can pick and choose which jobs they want. It would of been nice to know. ..Instead of leaving a potential client hanging.
