Nice place and good prices with very friendly staff . However we bought a trunkfull of firewood for $ 25.00 that was supposed to be seasoned and ready for use but , mine wasn't. It was almost impossible to light so I had to buy some from the grocery store . Damn ????

First time we have ordered bulk soil and mulch. We were hesitant because we have seen the quality of what some others have received (from different companies). However, we were very impressed with how clean the Triple Mix soil is. The black mulch is also excellent; in fact, we liked it so much we ordered more. Delivery was quick and efficient.

Reliable and quick customer service for your landscaping needs, I go there almost daily and depend on them to ensure quality product for landscaping and whenever they deliver. They generally have better prices than most other bulk landscaping suppliers and often better quality. In the many times I have gone there they always get my order right which makes me happy and saves me a lot of time.

Our entrance is the driveway right by our sign on Dundas St. which is just west of Terra The phone call went to voice mail because all our lines were busy. Closed before time listed online. I called at 11:45 and went straight to voicemail. There was someone inside loading mulch into a trailer attached to a truck. You turn off phones and close gate 15 mins to noon? You should change your hours so people know. Guess you don't need the business????

Visited this location and mentioned we were removing the black mulch from our gardens and wanted to replace it with a darker soil alternative. They recommended their black loam. After topping up our gardens with 2yds of this product, we realized after a couple of days this was a huge mistake. Once dried, it was the lightest sandy brown colour you could imagine. To make matters worse, the amount of weeds that began to sprout after 5-6 days was unbelievable. We have since gone back to black mulch with the weeds continuing to come thru. Returned to the location to complain which fell on deaf ears. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND PURCAHSE PRODUCT ELSEWHERE....

Our order of topsoil was 80% sand. lt was of such poor quality that we called to confirm it wasn't actually sand that had been delivered! Unfortunately it was not. We won't be ordering from here again.

I like to bring my husband with me when I pick stuff up here. Everytime I go alone I get my choices questioned in a very patronizing manner. Its uncomfortable. Otherwise they have great stuff and I have never had an issue with their products or their prices. Delivery available, also at a reasonable price. Used that option once and only positive things to say about it. They were prompt, professional and it was a good quality product.

I wish I had read the negative reviews. The triple mix was mostly sand and crusts when watered. I even called to double check that I hadn't been given the wrong product. I'll now need to purchase additional compost to fix this soil. I should have just mixed my own. Will definitely not be returning. Edit: after contacting the company they offered a full refund. The customer service was great and very appreciated.

SOIL IS FULL OF WEEDS! Save your money and stress of weeding your lawn after using their product. I used their top dressing bag on my backyard, within a week, weeds started to sprout. As I returned to my remaining half bag and looked inside, the soil inside the bag started sprouting weeds. The customer service is atrocious. Not only would they not provide a refund or even a partial refund, I asked for them to come pick up the remaining half bag as I’m unable to use the weed infested soil, they said they would do it for $50 pick up fee. Seriously!?! In total it would cost me $230+ for soil that has caused nothing but a headache and for them to pick up their horrible product. Customer service? There isn’t any. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Arrived today just before 11:45 am and the gate was closed and locked. You're only open 4 hours on Saturdays and you can't stay with the gate open until noon? Disappointed.

When we called she asked us what and where were we going to use the products and she guided us which mulch and soil to buy, our order came in this morning, beautiful mulch and soil. The driver was so helpful and nice. He help guiding us where to put the products, he helped us tarping everything. Amazing customer service. See you next year for sure.
