I ordered a premium live decorated boxwood tree and received pine boughs with half the decorations. Contacted the owner and received an excuse that due to covid they did not have the same supplies. I am sorry you did not have the supplies, but if that was the reason why not contact the buyer and let them know. I am not unreasonable. You be the judge.

Brooks Greenhouses fulfilled an order I made online from Teleflora. The arrangement was amazingly stunning! It moved the recipient to tears. I’d also like to acknowledge the excellent customer service of the delivery driver. No one was there to receive the flowers upon delivery, the driver called and was kind enough to wait around a little longer until someone could arrive to receive the flowers. Arrangement, Quality of Flowers, Care and Customer Service made the holiday markup worth every penny. Thanks Brooks Greenhouses!!
