Paid for winter snow removal up front but they never showed, twice now. Called but no answer, just “leave a message”. That’s no good at 3:30pm after waiting ALL DAY for them to show up! Now I need to get out of the driveway but can’t without shovelling - which I’m medically not supposed to do.

Hired weed man to spray my lawn. They did, but only sprayed half and charged me as if they did the entire job. I had asked them to come back and finish the job. They would not. Absolutely awful service

Weed man did not do a proper job and lots of spots were missed. Phone the company and said they talk to him and property was indeed done my cameras on the property and neighbors show different. Hope we don't have more issues this company is usually awesome.

The services were not performed on time. Our front lawn which is only two 2 years old is essentially a mess of weeds thanks to their non performance. I notified them that I will not be using their services again.

I've always appreciated a beautiful lawn. We moved into a new home were a beautiful lawn would be an intercultural part of the entrance to our home. After two years of trying to control weeds and pest infestation we were considering re-sodding because of creeping vines, weeds, cinch bugs. After the first year we had claimed more the 50% of the damaged area back. Now at year 3 there maybe 2-5% not fully recovered but definitely on it's way. (To place the fire pit, it required an axe to cut through the sod.) We would never be aware that the service man who maintained our lot had ever been there with a truck,.He applied his work and was gone. Nice guy also. (And we have a very busy household. The town does not maintain their part between street and sidewalk as seen in photo but its similar to what i was dealing with at the start) Payment plans are very expectable.

The technicians were always efficent and well mannered, when I had an issue they took the time to answer my questions as best they could or got me a call from a senior tech who could answer my question or concern. Look forward to using Weedmen again next year

It is not cheap but my lawn has never been better and I am very happy with what is done each year. Weeds are under control and when you live in the country with farm fields around it is not easy to maintain a lush lawn

I hired them on a seasonal contract last year for snow removal of my driveway. When they came to snow blow with the tractor, it was quick and well done. Sadly, they mostly didn't come until I had done it myself. Many times, not until 36 hours after the snow had ended. When I managed to speak to someone on the phone, they were courteous and would offer a range of reasons but it kept happening. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it them for snow removal. I've had much better service from a local guy growing his business, and at a lower price.

We signed up with Weed Man in April and prepaid for the year. Our contract stated that we would have a weed control application in May/June , and a second one in June/ July. Today is the last day of June and we haven't had one application applied yet and I have a lawn full of weeds. Hopefully they put a Weed Man sign on my lawn so everyone in the neighbourhood can see.

Good service, seems to be cheaper to pre-pay for the year. Not sure about Fiesta weed killers effectiveness, but they don’t have any control over that, The online text service is quite convenient to request a service.

I called to try and get a quote on my lawn and when I called the woman who answered the phone answered in a very unfriendly hello? I asked if this was The Weedman and she said "yes who is this" as if I was bothering her. I said "I was a potential customer and is that how you answer a business phone?" she hung up. Nice customer service Weedman.

Next level of horrendous customer service...Pushy, rude, don't even want to hear that you are simply not interested. I was getting phone calls every day! Save yourself the headache and do not give them any personal info, especially your phone number, they will not leave you alone!

Did a lousy job last summer, still had weeds all the time. Gave them a 2nd chance when they offered a big 'customer satisfaction' discount. Have only come out twice all summer, still have weeds all over my yard. Don't waste your money.

They haven't come good with their promises. My dad had a excellent lawn .Now all weeds what ever they are doing isn't working at all .Very disappointed and to come find out Weed Man is a franchise. I guess it's buyer beware depends on who is operating the business in your area.

Contracted for snow removal. Have to shovel the driveway myself to get out in the morning. Request return visit to deal with snow plow mound at foot of driveway and they don't come back. Only way to contact them is by email and they don't respond to anything. Nobody answers the phone at the office. Had to deal with ice at foot of driveway left by snow plow myself as they refused to respond to emails. Less than two months into the season and I'm already disappointed. I work two jobs and contracted for snow removal because I can't do it myself. So I pay for the service and shovel my own snow.

I can't really complain about the service because I don't know what it is like I didn't get any. For almost $300.00 I got one fertilizer and one weed care and both times I had to call because they never showed up when they said they would. The last time they were here for weeds they said they would be back in 3 weeks to do it again that was almost 2 months ago and still haven't seen them. When I went in to cancel my services today the lady said they were starting the fall program but they still hadn't completed my summer one they still owed me two more weed care. I should have listened to my neighbours they did warn me about this company but I like to give every one a chance. If you are like me and like to find out for yourself do not let them put your credit card or banking info in there records until you know they are going to perform the service.
