So I went to buy a back pack 900$ blower after spending over 2k in this store the previous month. An employee said that I could return a BRAND NEW attachment purchased at another sthil dealer and when I came by to do exactly that the owner said they wouldn’t take a $150 part back so I could upgrade to a $900 unit. I was told I would have to drive to Ottawa to return it hahaha!!! I drove to beach home hardware where the owner Louis was extremely accommodating and I along with my neighbor spent close to 2K that afternoon buying Sthil product. Ritchie seed and feed will NEVER EVER see my business again!!! How really shortsighted on the part of this company. Guess customer loyalty doesn’t mean much to this group! Sad customer service!!

Sorry to say was not the best experience usually it is great but not this time did not have any flowers really vegetables meh. And very small for what you are paying for with the stresses of a lot of people im sure cashier wasnt purposley being kind of rude and stressful with the poor lady in front of me I was over charged and no prices were on anything really so wasnt a pleasant experience and it makes me sad I always loved going there????????????

It's unfortunate they dont have updated POS system. Their staff is great and try to make the shopping easy but there is no management that seems to be actually inputting customer info into computer. They require putting your name Into system every single time, yet never save the information. I end up having to stay even longer as they repeatedly ask for my name, and search for it though it never gets inputted. I have tried multiple times using my business name as well and the same situation happens. I'm forced to recote all my information each time. And nothing comes up. Then they force me to input information for "next time" and again. It never stays in computer. itSuch a waste of time and effort. It's not easy to just run in, it's a hassle every time. Wont be shopping there anymore.

I would give 5⭐'s but as a disabled person I have to mention that the pavement is up and down making it difficult to get around and there is no designated disabled parking ????

I ordered 2 plants from Ritchie's in May. I didn't hear from Ritchie's, so I stopped in on Fri. I received the worst service ever. I asked a young blonde girl about my order. She checked the book. Couldn't find my name. She did show me some plants. They weren't what I wanted. The girl was suppose to go inside and ask about the plant I wanted. Instead, she went in & started working again. I approached her, and asked again. She checked the book again. There was my name. Ritchie's was sold out of the plant I was interested in. I walked out. I have bought plants from Ritchie's for 5 yrs. I WON'T go back. There are lots of other nurseries in the Brockville area I can deal with
