This is a great hidden gem! Mas and Kaz the level of customer service that vanished decades ago everywhere else. They always remember my name when I go and do everything they can to make my experience a good and memorable one. Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit and you'll know what I mean. They only answer the phone when they aren't serving customers and they are usually serving customers, so a visit is the way to go.

Make this THE “go to” location for all your lawn care Equipment gardening needs After years of shopping the big box retailers, i found this store via Online forums where professional Gardeners shop and get their equipment serviced and now i will be buying from these Experts. I recently converted from gas run to battery run equipment after considerable skepticism. After trying Ego, i invested heavily into their Li Ion ecosystem and was suitably impressed with the mower and hedger performance of the battery operated platform. West Coast was extremely knowledgeable on this line and gave me the confidence to go full line. They stock all major Equipment and parts for my Echo and Ego needs: mowers, hedgers, grass trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, backpack and handheld blowers, batteries, yard hand tools, pruners, Specialty power tools, oils and most recently my newly acquired Snow blower which they ordered in Special order Goods were fast for me. Very competitive pricing and by far the best service in the lowermainland market as i used to use a Burnaby vendor for support and parts. Hours are 8 to 2 weekdays which i found odd and don't bother phoning as this place is super busy but for good reason. Go see Caz and the Team in person as your wallet and your lawns/gardens will thank you. I’m awaiting more equipment from them for the new season

I highly recommend this outfit for anything you need yard work related. Not only are they very friendly and knowledgeable but they are professional and offer amazing customer service.
