Have been here many times and never a bad experience. Sadly during a lockdown they don't have anyone answering the phones. Tried many times at this location and King George, no answer. Dedicated staff on the phone line would be great for business. Maybe next time

I like how convenient and simple this store is. Easy to find, easy to check out. It isn't a huge complicated store, and I appreciate this as I get older. Feels like a local store with local staff. I like it!

This store and the staff here are fantastic. Every single time I have gone in looking for something, they have had it in stock. They have staff that are willing to go the extra mile to help you find it, or move more difficult items to your car. Having physical challenges, I really appreciate this level of service and it's also an easy store to shop :)

Went to buy 2 stroke motor oil..was repeatedly asked if I needed help ..by 3 different employees. .I know what I'm after as I am able to read..but apparently the staff are also undercover spies ..as each time I went to a different asile. .as did they..pretending to be stocking the shelf. .by moving a can of paint a few inches while trying to watch me from the corner of their eyes...I knew what they where doin. So I paid for the item and left..went to a different store ..at other end of city and the exact same scenerio happen again..and 3 more times since..so..ya..worst possible customer service ever..but 5 stars for the whole cloak and dagger thing when it comes to trying to catch a shoplifter who isn't one and only wants to buy something and leave.

I love this store, so glad it’s in the neighbourhood! Whenever I need something quick I’ve always been able to find a solution there, often with the help of their staff. Good prices, often some very good sales. Definitely worth checking out before going to one of those monstrous home building stores!

As much as I wanted to support the local smaller businesses in my city during the lock down I am afraid I won't be supporting the home hardware any further. The way we were treated by Nikki at this location was uncalled for. She was rude, disrespectful and a straight up b*tch to us. After our great interaction with Ray and the other young cashier we were quick to return only to have Nikki treat and talk to us like dirt. So..it's home Depot that will get our money in the future. Thank Nikki

un professional and disrespectful service. Employees follow you around isle to isle. Im new to brantford. Was Looking for a water splitter for my lawn. Give your employees better training how to interact with customers. You can always ask whether they need help so we can explain what we are looking for rather than standing and staring at you. I dont need a reply. Make sure to train the employees. I will address this to the district manager as well. This is effecting not only the particular location but the company image as well. I have seen other customers have had the same issue in the past in review section.

Great place to go when you're missing that one part to finish that repair. I expect to pay a little extra when I come here but that's not always true. They have some good weekly deals. Its convenient and the staff are friendly. Can't ask for much more.

Very convenient location to where I live. Most of the staff ate great. The other day I needed help in plumbing and the young fellow had no clue. A customer overheard my conversation and took me to the plumbing item I was looking for.

I went in looking for an item they didnt sell. Everyone helped me try to find it. They even called another location to see If they had it. They took down my number and a few weeks later I got a call saying that they started carrying the item I wanted. Quality service.

Small store big service...always my first choice. Shopping Canadian & local definitely has it's perks, as I witnessed this week again. I was having trouble finding Citronella Gel for by bug torches, out of stock everywhere. Finally HH online had them instock, but I had to buy a minimum of $50 worth. I contacted my local HH owner/manager and bingo bango bongo I am back in business. It's not so much that he was able to get the stock for me, but it was that he took the time to give me exceptional customer service. The entire staff at this location do there best, and it is always appreciated, but when the situation calls for big guns, it is always nice to know that you can rely on the boss. Thanks West Brant HH
