Unfortunately I had an unpleasant interaction with an employee. A drink I had ordered wasn't too my liking. I had brought this to the attention of the employee who served me to get it refunded or replaced. They were immediately offended, rude, and said I couldn't get a refund so I'd have to order something close to the price of my drink. I ended up losing money and no compensation or accommodation was made. I'd strongly encourage not giving this store your business as certain employees will try to intimadate you. I left feeling very unwelcome.

I currently work at this location and it a very toxic work environment. The Mangers Tina & Dagmara are verbally abusive to the staff. They constantly yell and scream at staff members very single day. Staff members have left crying and literally breaking down, but they don’t care. Ever since we lost our GM, they store has gone downhill. The DM has been informed about the verbal abuse but they don’t do anything. The next step a couple staff members will be taking will be to go the Labour board. Honestly, the worst work place environment!

Very loud and unwelcoming experience, employees refused to make my order correctly after inquiring about what I ordered. I ordered 2 farmers wraps with sausage and hasbrown, was given two with bacon, 1 hash brown and 1 muffin. Was told they were out of hash browns for 3 minutes and refused to make more. Laughed at me when I told them I ordered two with sausage not bacon and told me I was wrong. Do not recommend visiting especially if short on time.

This was by far the CLEANEST WASHROOM I have ever been in on any 400 series highways that is connected to any Tim Horton's . I saw a women with cleaning supplies and asked her name. .it was Sherrie!!! Sherrie you do a wonderful job and I can't believe it's easy rather it would be awful. Now take that positive attitude and pass it along to your co-workers behind the counter. I should have gotten your number you could of cleaned my place and showed me a thing or two.

Tims always has great coffee and food. They could go to 5 stars by replacing their take out lids. They have the worst lids for drinking in a moving vehicle. If you've ever bought a coffee at McDonalds or even Tims in Int'l Falls you'll know what I mean. Much better lids that stop coffee from splashing out.

I've only ever had good experiences here, the steak and cheese breakfast sandwich is delicious and relatively well priced. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean and cozy. However you may want to prepare yourself for a wait... every time I've gone here immediately after I arrive there is a line of at least 20 people. Great restaurant overall!

Yesterday my boyfriend went to this location for a normal meal. Little did he know that his old coworker worked there. She saw him and went to hide in the back leaving the guy by himself and the manager proceed to tell my boyfriend to leave the place and go somewhere there. You shouldn't kick a customer out just because an employee is shy to go out. She is supposed to do her job. We can go some other tim gorrona but we should not get kicked out because the girl doesn't want to do her job

Went for breakfast at Tim Hortons. There were no hash browns and was told there was a twenty minute wait. Ordered and paid for a Farmer's wrap with sausage. As it was being prepared, was told there was actually no sausage and would have to find a substitute. As I was trying to decide the substitute, sausage came out about a minute later. Was then told there was no hash brown to put in the wrap. Why did they sell it to me? Asked if there was a substitute to compensate for the missing hash brown. Told there was no substitute and I would have to settle for the cheaper sausage wrap. Their error and refusal to correct it shows poor management and sloppy customer service. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to time restraints, otherwise I would've asked for a refund. Last time I'll visit that Tim Horton's.

Went through the drive thru on Aug 4 2020 1:30 PM. I ordered 2 orange pekoe teas milk only both bags in for both teas, one breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese on an English muffin and another breakfast sandwich egg, cheese and bacon on a home style biscuit. I received 2 teas one had no bags in it ( a cup of hot water and milk) and the sandwich on the home style had no cheese and no bacon.

I hate Tim Hortons but as a last resort went there because I spent $40 on food that just wasn’t good. They had nothing but the least sold bagels, and I received terrible attitude because of it through the intercom. When I reached the window to pay I refused my order and to pay because I did not want to spend MORE money on just a drink when I would be going somewhere else to spend more money to actually eat. I went to the bathroom before I left, a 15 second drive from where I am staying, and when I got back I almost had a UTI from waiting so long for A DRINK. I told the lady that for having no food their service was insanely slow and just terrible attitude, to which the lady slammed the window as I drove off. I was driving off, she didn’t need to slam anything, she is only hurting her job and establishment. If you’re so miserable please go to college and get a career like the rest of us. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I gave one, mainly because it was my only option, but because their service was so slow I got a uti from waiting so long for a drink.

Our food order was screwed-up from the word GO, the person behind the counter did not fully understand English ?!!! The soup ordered (and paid for) was not available, they tried to sub. something else instead of refunding money! The turkey club was asked to be toasted (it wasn't) Extra crackers were asked for, None were given, Was asked type of cheese,Cheddar selected, Mozzarella given soooo We won't be going back any time soon!

It used to be good, but has gone downhill in recent months. The staff turnover is very fast which affects service and quality. Cleanliness is down as well. I used to eat here often, but after the last three times watching the girl making the sandwiches sweeping, cleaning, and handling garbage, then going back to making food without changing gloves I will be going to one of the other Tims in town.

Good improving quality food and coffee, muffins, Croissant, sandwiches, strudels and much more, drive through must faster than before (24 hours open), free parking handicap parking handicap access, neat clean public washroom, outdoor sitting for summer, dine in or take out. Becareful when you heading out no left turn- mostly people got tickets. Mostly it's busy in business hours

Lady at the window rudely said we couldn’t scan our rewards cards for 2 orders, when we always do at other Tim Hortons restaurants (this one included), not sure how it’s different now. We weren't finding a lot of good food options in Fort Frances, so we decided to opt for fast food instead. I had never had Tim Hortons, so I figured I would try it while in Canada. We got a Farmers Market wrap, the Bagel B.E.L.T, 10 TimBits (apple fritter, honey dip, and honey cruller), and a maple dip donut. The wrap was pretty good. I wasn't a big fan of the bagel. It wasn't that warm, the everything bagel was kind of flavorless, and the mayo didn't go well with the egg. The TimBits were pretty good. I liked the honey cruller and apple fritter the best. I wasn't a fan of the maple dip donut. It wasn't glazed at all so it was pretty dry. Overall, I thought the donuts were over rated (Krispy Kreme for me, please). Overall, the food was ok. I'm glad I tried it, but I'd probably choose a different fast food chain over it.
