Top soil is absolute trash. It's pretty much clay. Triple mix also had a ton of clay in the mixture. Both were absolutely useless. They also couldn't even separate different products so they were mixed...Not like it mattered here, they are both 80% clay. Would not recommend this place.

I placed a order for top soil and I am appalled at what it actually is. It sure is not TOP SOIL I"ll tell ya that much. It"s more like sludge mud and beach sand with clay mixed together. 4 yards for 141$ of sludge and sand. Not happy at all. Will not be placing another order with this company again.

Was told hardly any deliveries when i called and said it would be here within an hour. Been sitting here for two hours and i called only to find out that they had 30 deliveries before me and wont be here til sometime around noon. When I called back a different and really witchy woman said they would never say it will be there in an hour. So i must have dreamed that i heard that. Pathetic Business

I’ve ordered mulch and river stone from here with both pick up and delivery options. If I could rate higher than a 5, I would. The staff is friendly and professional and go above and beyond in their efforts to accommodate requests. My first load of mulch was in my driveway within the half hour of ordering. Prices are fair, and in line with the current rates. All my experiences at T. David have been positive. Highly recommend for your outdoor projects!

edit.. **$45 a yard for a load but $65 for delivery? I was litterally 5 minutes down the road. Did it really cost you $65...** Great place. Good prices. Would have given them 5 stars but the hours aren't great. They close too early on weekends.

The teenage-sounding girls you have answering your phones and dealing with your customers are going to ruin your business. When I have someone muttering "Oh my God" onto my voicemail (because I missed her call), we have an issue. I spoke with her three times, and have never felt so disrespected in my life; not to mention it was like pulling teeth to get a time estimate for delivery. She told me delivery would be at 11am- which it wasn't. I will never use or recommend this place to anyone- there are better places in town folks!

Service is great here, in and out without much delay. The quality of the bulk products are inconsistent. For instance, the last load of triple mix I picked up included; glass shards, household wiring, chunks of broken plastic and shreds of plastic bags.

Delivery - great, on time first thing in the morning Pricing - seems fair to me Quality - Two yards of triple mix sprinkled throughout with small bits of broken glass. This soil was used all over the gardens.. At least i did not use it on the grass.. *Update: Thank you for looking into the issue and rectifying it the best you could. I appreciate that and shows integrity on your part which is just as valuable the product! Have a good one!

Complete joke of a company. Stood at the counter for well over 15 minutes waiting for someone so I could order stone- they lost 2 customers before me because it took so long. Scheduled my delivery for today and wasn’t told it would be first thing in the morning. I called at 11 when it hadn’t arrived and she told me she didn’t have a driver today but didn’t call anyone who was expecting their deliveries, and now I have to wait two more days. People SCHEDULE times for a reason. I don’t understand how you can run a business this way.

Very disappointed with this company. We ordered topsoil to oversee our lawn and we gave them the measurements to calculate the amount needed. When they gave us the cubic yards required we told them that we thought that was too much for the project. The insisted that we were wrong and that we needed what they recommended; so we ordered that. We completed our overseeing project and we were left with over half of the soil that they delivered. We were not impressed with this because they were the ones insisting on us needing more when we though half of that would be sufficient. When we spoke to them over the phone about this afterwards they told us that their was nothing they could do to help us get rid of the 10 cubic yards that we had left over from their mistake. Their only suggestion was to give it to a neighbour! Moral of the story - don't follow their advice and more importantly - use another company!

Checked the website for prices before I came to get compost. Upon arrival they told me price was actually $50/yard, not the website price of $30. (Looks okay but a little light, qualitywise.) No accommodation by the company, though I offered to split the diff. difference

Not only did they deliver my gravel (at a great price) within 48hours. They were sure to smooth it down the drive while dumping it. Saved this old gal a lot of back breaking work. Wouldn't use anyone else for my landscaping needs.
