Hi Mrs. Cluff Sorry to hear that you were confused over your billing. When we first met, as per the estimate dated on May 14th, 2016. we were just pricing a white window for a newer white window, When we got back together to firm up the details on June 7th, 2016 the original estimate was changed to a cream window out white in, plus you added re-sizing to the window opening with a vertical siding finish on the outside with drywall, mud and tape on the inside. There was extra's added to the original quote which you agreed to and signed for. Other than the cost for the extra's that you added to the original estimate, We are happy to hear that you are very satisfied with the installation. My experience has been horrible from a billing perspective. The quote they provided was $1398 including taxes and installation. When I received the bill it was $600 over that. I called and no one responded and then they simply decided to take it off my credit card without a return phone call. I will never advocate getting windows or doors from Clera, despite doing a good job in the installation. Still waiting for a call Clera!

We installed a patio door and a kitchen window. We paid extra for the pin locks (at bottom and top)that were supposed to be installed but they ordered the wrong ones for the door and we have yet to receive them, even after numerous phone calls. We had to have install person come back to reseal bottom of door as caulking shrunk and bugs were coming in under the door. We also had to arrange for the install person to come back ourselves (which took over a month) as the Brantford location didn't want to. The screen door keeps coming off the tracks as well, and it's been less than one year of install.

The window and window installion took 6 months. They kept changing the time lines. Manager is not very professional. Still waiting for a call from the VP even after stating my displeasure. The installion was ok. however they had to come back and fix some issues. I would not feel comfortable reccomending this company.

I had an amazingly great experience from Clera Windows. I had gotten 3 quotes. Centennial quoted over $20 thousand QSI quoted $15 thousand and Clera $13 500. I went with Clera because their windows seemed comparable and they have been in business for over 40 years. The windows were installed today by Avni and his team. Absolutely incredible and efficient installers. They went the extra mile to seal every window inside and out with a beautiful trim job. They all look beautiful including the two large patio doors. I am thrilled with the out come. Thanks Dave for not being that pushy salesman. I am a very happy customer. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I will be calling CLERA in the spring to install my windows in my new garage.

Absolutely garbage quality. I have spent 7000 on 2 patio doors and have leaked since day 1. They have been back and forth to my house numerous times I'm just sick of dealing with them. The trim around my door is 2 separate pieces and they just rested the bottom piece not even doing anything with it. Oh and not to mention the guy who hooked me in to buy the doors told me they were " life time warranty" even transferrable. I come to find out it was all just a lie. My doors are hard to lock and I would never recomend this company to anyone!! Very disappointed with there craftsmanship
