If you want tall, glorious plants, these guys are your professionals you have been looking for. Really educated in growing all organic, anything from vegetables, to fruits, to Cannabis! These guys are the growing experts. Don't bother with promix or any other pre-made blends. They are a waste of money! $25 for a bigger, better bag of amazing soil that will keep feeding your plants for grows on grows, this place is a heaven send.

These guys are seriously amazing. Both generous and intelligent with the information they have provided for me to help me with my grows. They have a variety and quality of ammendments and products that destroys the only competition i could think of which would be gaia green. They have literally anything and everything for you're organic gardener. Andres has helped me out tremendously with my grow, offering tips and tricks as well as dosages that are safe to use on my babies. This guy knows what he is talking about and is the real deal. I will always recommend these guys to friends and family and be a returning customer for as long as i continue to garden because i am so greatful for the support i have gotten from andres. I can tell just by talking with him on the phone once, he is very well educated and knowledgeable in terms of microbes, dirt, nutrients, ect. Instead of telling me to google it he actually gives me solid responses to summarize and simplify things to a point where i can understand the basics of things, he sends me websites to read on, reccomended to me a great site where i can order preditory mites, podcasts i can listen to that will help me improve, he even sent me a recipe book to use to try out different teas!!!! and the list goes on. Thank you black swallow soil you guys are seriously solid. I will always be a returning customer and i will always recommend you guys to friends and family without hesitation.

Made an order over the phone. Was told my order was ready for pickup, and after driving close to 3 hours to pick it up, nothing was ready. Literally nothing prepared for my order adding extra unnecessary time to the pickup. Unapologetic. Quality of soil is fairly good. Really did not like the worm castings. Way too clumpy, and seemed like it was not 100% worm castings.

Amazing customer service. *old review* I spoke with Rob at BS through emails and almost all of my emails are answered quickly when he is at home on his own time!! Above and beyond. When i placed my order and could not make it they packed my 900$ of soil ingredients in plastic bags JiC of rain. Everything was there and carefully protected form the weather. Fair prices friendly service, It was worth the almost 1 hr drive there!
