My apartment building has used these guys to removed bed bugs and it took 9 treatments for them to be gone and it only lasted a month and the infestation is back we have even followed there technictions advice to have the place ready for them they came in and did a final check said we didnt have them anymore then a month later we had bed bugs back in full force

I was delighted to discover this locally owned garden centre recently.They have the most unique home and garden items - awesome place to find a gift for any occasion. They have a much wider selection of plants, trees and shrubs than any of the brand name hardware and grocery stores. Plus they are experts in lawn and garden care and gave me great advice on how to rid ourselves of pesky Japanese beetles this summer. Awesome friendly staff and super service - thank you Antler.

We visited Antler in early April. We had just moved to Brantford and wanted some advice on how to make the most of our backyard. Nice lady in garden center took down our contact info and we were contacted by one of their landscape designers. They took measurements, talked to us about what we wanted to see and promised us something in couple of weeks. Two weeks later my wife sent him an email. we got response indicating that he was busy but would certainly get back to us in week or so. That was about 8 weeks ago. I have given up on hearing back from Antler at this stage. I do not like dealing with businesses that cannot keep promises they make. I will not be dealing with Antler again.

I took a snowblower in to have 1 gear repaired. We discussed what needed to be done. If it was different they were to call me. They took all the working parts apart completely which was unnecessary and quoted me to replace every mechanical part in it. No phone call. 3 wks later, I called them. I ended up picking up my perfectly good snowblower with all the mechanical parts in a bucket because the quote was way more than I could believe.

WOW WOW WOW. What great service. Diana and Jim, provided 5 star service. This is so great in the days of no service provided by Big Stores like Lowe’s and Home Depot. Antlers was well stocked with trees, vines and many other plants and trees. Stores like Walters have little supply at this time of year. We will certainly be back and we thank Antlers for hiring such great staff. Well done and thanks for the smiles.

Used to be a great business to deal with, business to business. Unfortunately they NEVER call back or respond to e-mails, website requests since the pandemic began. They have lost my company's business forever. Perhaps Antler is still good when you go in person for retail, but as a business trying to deal with Antler remotely is impossible.

As a 36 year old, physically fit guy who looks like he can carry his own bag of dirt, I greatly appreciated the offer from the guy behind the counter to assist me with loading up 2 bags of soil. I have chronic lower back pain. It's a bit embarrassing for me to ask for help, which usually leads to injury, but when offered I generally accept, as I did this time. It's a fantastic policy to have your employees always offer to help, regardless of how able the person may appear. Thanks for the service and the dirt!

We bought 4 fruit trees, they were very reasonably priced and they had a very good selection. I buy my yearly lawn treatment package from them and my lawn looks amazing. The spring grub treatment works very well.

Well, mower went in for Warranty repair only to have it returned making a funny noise. Turned it over and tighten up parts that should have been done. Spoke to Antler about this, they apologize.. I wonder what would have happened if the part did fall off ?? ???? Damaging me and the mower?? Who would hVe been responsible?? Consumer beware !!

What a mistake going here. I really thought, shopping local and paying more would get me something better. I was so wrong. I bought two bags of fertilizer for this spring. They must have been last years, and been sitting outside all winter. It was soaking wet, stuck together and huge lumps as hard as rock. We started breaking them up, see photo of golf ball nuggets as hard as rock, then I tried to spread it. It was so lumpy, and sticky it wouldn't spread, probably ruined my front lawn, in the process, probably all patchy, should have done the back first, :-( . Here is the kicker, I called them, left a voicemail wanting to return the part bag and the second bag. But they didn't return my call. What a waste of $100. Go to the Box stores, at least you know what to expect. What a shameful experience!!

Antlers is one of my favorite places to go. It is a garden centre and much more. Not only do I purchase all my bird feed, feeders and houses I get fish food and ponding supplies. They have a selection of gifts from resin statuary to decor items for your house both indoor and out. They have a good selection of garden supplies. They carry soil, mulch fertilizer, potting supplies and garden tools. There is a wide variety of perennials as well as annuals through the four seasons. They staff is friendly and always ready to help.

I called Antlers in desperation as yellow jackets had invaded my home. Taylor came out the same morning and did a thorough check of where they were entering. He explained everything that he was doing, and explained how the powder that he was using would be distributed in the nest. I highly recommend their service. I only wish that i had called earlier when i first saw the hornets. .

If you have a disability, a medical exemption and cannot wear a mask, be aware this place is very discriminatory and extremely rude. They do not even allow you to purchase what you need in the parking lot. They offer no alternative options. Even though this place is outdoors they still illegally refuse service to those who have disabilities.

Well organized place helpful staff. Was the 5th place I visited yesterday looking for peat moss. They were out of the big bags, but one of the staff members remembered they had received a shipment of 9kg smaller bags which they were happy to retrieve for me. I asked for 5. When I got to the till the cashier informed me they were on sale 2 for $10 and would I like to get 4 or they could get an extra for me, I went with 6. Superior experience I will definitely go there in the future

I phoned for a service for my snowblower, I was told $149.00, I asked what was involved, oil, lubrication, carb cleaned and tune. I told them that I had a fuel leak, i was told they would look at it when they cleaned the carb. When I took it to them, I payed $56 when I dropped it off 11 Nov, they told me it would be ready in a couple of days, great. Couple of days go by no one phoned, so I waited a couple more days and i phoned them, I got told that I need some parts and they would phone me on the next day, well no one phoned, I phoned them back 2 days later more excuses, technician sick no notes about my snowblower, it is now 30 Nov and went to pick it up. So my bill was $168+56 which I've already payed so the total is $224. When I questioned why the bill was $100 more they said it was parts and labour, so parts was $27.93 so they charged my extra $73.00 to put on new parts on the carb. Now if they cleaned the carb they would have had to have the carb apart to clean it so I got charge double labour on the carb clean plus repair. The snowblower runs great and starts first time, poor communication about how much it was going to cost and how long it will take, will never go back.
