I had the pleasure of have a team working my back yard. They were all professionals, knew what was needed and listened to what I thought my backyard would look like. They gave me advise on procedures we should look at and what we could do to make the garden look a whole lot better. The hedge was done wonderfully, they bagged the cuttings and cleaned up after each cutting. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality of the work that we are going to schedule another time and look into more intense work on the property. We sat outside last night and were amazed at the yard, good show guys. I have been Lawn Trooped!

I was so pleased with the service. Everything was pretty much done via email. The workers who showed up were polite and professional. My backyard was a complete mess, and they made it look so tidy. I was so appreciative. It's a small space so getting someone in during this busy season is difficult, and even though they are in Caledon they still took the time. They also trimmed some bushes and I plan on using them for work in the future

Wanted to make an effort to write a review for Lawn Troopers. They have been exceptional not only with the work they perform but with the customer service from both the front office and the workers themselves. I have used them for a variety of service such as garden tidy-up, weed control, mulching and of course, lawn maintenance. The service is very quick but they do not cut corners on ensuring the lawns look their best. I appreciate the fact that they will try to make up additional sessions if the weather is not ideal for cutting. Highly recommend!

I called Lawn Troopers out of desperation for my overgrown backyard. I did not get in my last mow of the season last year so when spring came around my grass was already long. Work has been incredibly busy and I am almost working seven days a week, so I have not been able to do my first mow of the spring. So as you can imagine we’re now at the end of May and my grass was about a foot and a half high. I called Lawn Troopers and they were her the next day (today). Amazing work, everything is nice and clean and I’ve scheduled them to come in every two weeks. Definitely recommend.

I contacted lawn troopers Mississauga to manage the lawn at a new property. Since I have not yet moved in, I asked for a 9:00 to allow me to get there from my current residence. I was told that since my house would be the first to get done, the start time would be no later than 7:30am because their team leaves with the trucks at 6:45 am. I reached at 8:30am and there was no one working at my property. I called and texted them, and was told that someone would call me back with an update. But no one called back. I called again after waiting half an hour and this time, someone said that they were finishing another job and would be coming to my property after. I told the lady that I had told them while booking that I don’t live at the property and will be coming from far and that I took the morning off work to get the lawn done. The person on the phone simply stated that there was a schedule change. No one informed me of any schedule change. They wasted my time, caused me unnecessary stress and now I am back to square one trying to find lawn maintenance professionals in a news area. Frustrated and disappointed with this very unprofessional and careless attitude of lawn troopers’ staff.

I called them last March for spring clean/up and mulch and then again for pruning. They did such a great job, our garden surrounding our pool never looked so beautiful. Honestly, they cleaned up so good, I had no problems. Especially, with a pool to be opened and all concrete. All of them are extremely professional and is worth the money. You can rely on them totally, as we went through many disappointments with another company as they did not show up on time, or clean up well and was very stressful at our senior age! I sincerely recommend this company for all your needs.

We used various other companies in the past but never found that there work made a big difference in the quality of our lawn. We had come to realize that they were "ghosting". Which means they were saying they did the job, but really weren't. Since we moved to Lawn Troopers, we have noticed a huge difference in the quality of our lawn. It looks rich and full, with next to no weeds. We have also had them do garden clean up and my gardens look fresh and new again. The mulch they use is top quality. After reviewing several companies I engaged "Lawn Troopers" to perform this job for me. As you can imagine, I was somewhat apprehensive about quality and respect of property, but after only experiencing five cutting episodes I have been pleasantly surprised by the the care and professionalism of the various crews that have performed the lawn mowing service for us. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sherry and Jessica in the office who helped me greatly and set up the service with a prompt first cut. They were not the cheapest quote however the incredible friendly attitude of the two ladies I dealt with is a direct reason why I signed up with this company. I was very very impressed with the first cut they did considering it was done on the hottest day this year and that my lawn was a few weeks out from its last cut courtesy of another company having ceased operations. The only concern I have is I am a very face to face person when dealing with certain types of quotes and far far too many companies rely on google to provide quotes. I understand we are in a pandemic but I wil urge that they review this policy and ensure when a face to face is requested it gets granted. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a great Lawn mowing / maintenance company. Firstly!, I want to say that I have used several Lawn Maintenance Companies over my life time, I have been using Lawn Troopers for the last 10 years, there is a reason I have not changed. You will never have a complaint about on time schedules, they have truly met expectations, over the 10+ years I honestly have never had an issue that warrants changing service companies, from the onsite staff to the office and Matt the owner, when I have a question or concern, if the person I speak to cannot address, there is a follow-up from someone who will guide us and resolve in an expedient manner. I don't know if they are the cheapest out there, but I can assure you that we are getting great value for money spent, we can leave our property knowing that all is looked after, Great piece of mind!
