Kyle and his team were very professional, hard working and knowledgable. Kyle always responded promptly to any of my questions. Kyle and his team did edging and soil and mulch placement in the front and back gardens. They also cleaned up all areas of my yard upon completion. The finished product was fabulous! Had a new sod installed on front, side and back yard. its almost $1500 project. Kyle did a very good job. He gave me an estimate and stuck to the estimate without any surprises. Once barren, ugly and an eye sore to watch lawn is now looking beautiful. Not only Kyle completed the job but when i had a problem with weeds, I contacted him and he offered to spray and cut my lawn as a token of his appreciation. For someone in the business, it is extremely crucial that customer care is taken utmost care of and Kyle realized this. I am very happy that he responds to calls, texts. Would recommend his services.

I am not sure if these reviews are paid for or from friends but my experience was extremely poor with Kyle. First of all he doesn't return calls or texts and when he did he promised me to come to my garden to fix it for a big event we were having but never showed up and also didn't pick up the phone or respond to my texts. Extremely poor customer service!

Snow Removal Kyle Nevrela from KN Property Maintenance and his team handled the snow removal on my property during the 2014-15-winter season. Prior to snowfalls, Kyle proactively sent alerts via e-mail about the weather forecast. He provided tips as to how to keep driveways and walkways safe. Kyle is approachable and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. His pricing is reasonable. My neighbors commented on the excellent quality of his work and the timely manner in which it was performed. I will again contract the snow removal services for the 2015-16 winter season with KN Property Maintenance. Highly recommended.

KNC Completley gutted our backyard as it was full of weeds and dirt. They did everything from start to finish with top friendly and wonderful service. They began early in the day, the owner of the company even stopped by and assisted with the work. Everything was completed in one day and the owner stayed back to share detailed instructions for how to maintain it. Four weeks later grass is impeccable and looks like carpet!

This is my fifth year using KN Property Maintenance. I had originally hired them after moving into my first home with a weed-infested lawn. No matter what I did to try and revive it, nothing worked. I used their website to request a quote and received a prompt and professional reply, asking for pictures of the area, approximate sq. footage, and my address. I spoke with Kyle, and he suggested that I lay new sod as the weeds had completely taken over. The result was a dreamy green lawn, that my friends all complimented a few months later at my housewarming party.
