LOWE'S has been delivering great courteous service with great product assortment, the store has anything you heart desires for inside and outside your home!The store is warm and friendly, the washrooms are clean and well kept, staff are knowledgeable and friendly, products are made with good quality materials and durable, it's worth every penny! Check out the garden Centre with beautiful floral arrangements and spring colors and a variety of garden products from tools and sheds to planters, hoses, fountains and much more!

I have always enjoyed shopping at this Lowe’s this location as I’ve always found this store to be well stocked, and the customer service to be exceptional and prices to be fair and yes you can collected Air Miles while you shop at Lowe’s something I love about shopping at Lowe’s ! The garden center is also awesome and the always have a great seasonal sectional as well and love checking out their Christmas lights stock!

Nice big home improvement store. They have better customer service than home Depot at Trinity Commons. The garden centre also has much more variety of flowers and vegetable beds. The choice for electrical lights is also slightly better than home Depot. Although it is slightly far from my home as compared to home Depot, I would prefer going there again due to better customer service.

I find this place a little annoying. Yes the prices are sometimes fair but mostly at par and the staff are knowledgeable but service is really slow. Lowes tends to run on a skeleton crew. Really hard to find someone for help when you need it. The checkout is non existent. You have to do it yourself. Bottom line . You're doing someone else's job and not getting paid for it. And it's not convenient in any way. Half the machines don't work and the debit pad is out dated so it tends to be finicky. These inconveniences benefit the corporation not you. But 3 stars for good quality paints and paint service. Upper management will never listen or care about any of this so long as we go there and put up with the BS.

I would have given 0 stars but that wasn't an option. First off I was asked to have my stuff delivered as they needed to clear room for reopening which was fine but was told I would receive a call ahead which never happened. When the third party delivery guy showed up he said he had a delivery for me from Louies. Half my order was either crushed or damaged including one of my laminate/ hardwood glue bottles which leaked all over the rest of them. When I told the driver I wouldnt accept them he said I would have to call and complain as that's how they were given to him. Upon calling the store customer service said I will connect you with delivery...after waiting for someone to pick up no one did and the call ended. Decided to call back and explain to customer service that this was an issue with customer service was told I would be connected to a manager. Again waiting on hold for someone to pick up and no one did and the call disconnected. I realize we are in covid lock down but that's a little ridiculous.

We went to the garden centre to buy big bags of soil and ground cover plants. There was one person in the aisle and the cashier. On a skid was proMix and above the skid was shelving full of the same, in between the skids the price said $6.99 “everyday low price”. My bill came to $60+ and I asked the cashier to check because the sign said $6.99 not $25 and there wasn’t any other pricing or labels nearby. She explained and was nice about it but firm that i would be charged $25… I asked to speak to a manager for the discrepancy and wanted the advertisement price. FOUR employees paraded down from the store and surrounded me while I stood there. The yellow hair male had his back to me while he sat down on a skid of dirt, the employee gal who spoke to the cashier and not to me walked up and ripped the sticker price off as another employee told me it was “obviously not this price and the bar code don’t match”. “ obvious “ !!!! All 4 employees refused (staying silent with your back to the customer is included) to send for the manager that I repeatedly ask to speak with. Language used constantly implied I was stupid “ this is for potting soil not garden soil” not once did they provide the actual $6.99 soil or any options. The two blonde women chose to argue verbally and nonverbal actions taken (ripping sign off) I stood back and asked all of them if they consider this customer service? I choose Lowe’s over all others and have never ever been treated so aggressively anywhere! Chris? yes the sweet cashier let me know your manager name as I left.. Outstanding team and i mean team of thugs!

Hardly picks up the call for curbside pickup, even if they pickup after knowing that you are here for picking up an online order they immediately hang up. Home depot is only few mins away and you get much better customer service

Poor customer service. I returned a vanity because my contractor bought the wrong one. They refused to process refunds even when the item was not opened. After 3 visits, they reluctantly agreed to refund 70% of the purchase price in Lowes store card. Home Depot is a better place to shop.

They were just opening their garden centre to the public for the spring. Had some decent looking water fountains at reasonable prices plus a ton of other garden/patio accessories. They are a good alternative to home depot or Rona, the Hamilton store off Barton/Woodward seems well stocked and service is usually good.

Unprofessional staff especially the manager lady at the garden center. Totally unacceptable attitude towards the delay they caused in opening the center. Says 7am open online and we were there at 7:30 with the gates closed, waiting outside at freezing temperatures with an infant. Despite informing the staff, there was no promptness or any sort of urgency to open the gates. We were not allowed to stand inside the building because the store was not open (6am opening!!!???) at 7:45am! Considering the pandemic we wanted to shop early and come back ASAP when there was no crowd but we were left to wait unreasonably. When asked about it, they cared nothing about it, were not even sorry for their fault nor did they care to act promptly. After the shopping when I asked why the delay, they said the lady who was supposed to open the gates called in sick, I felt sad because it's COVID times and hopefully there's nothing to fear. I wonder why the main store was also not open 2hrs post the scheduled time? The attitude did seem like it was an excuse. A lie.

I ordered a barbeque and it was ready to be picked up April 13, I called and requested it be assembled. The person I spoke with said it would be 2 weeks because they were so busy. I called today May 2 and the person I spoke with today said she didn’t know why but my barbeque was not assembled. Apparently the first person never informed the assembly people of my request. So she said she had a guy (Phil, I come to find out) coming in today and she would get him on it. I received a call this evening from Phil telling me that the barbeque was ready. I would like to say how nice Phil was and also how efficient he was after hearing of my disappointment. He even took the time to find a stock # for a cover for it. Thanks Phil I really appreciate your caring!!! Five stars for Phil, Two stars for the first person I spoke with.
