I called for a quote and after leaving a couple of messages someone finally called back and we made an appointment to visit my home. They never showed and didn’t call. I called again and asked for Alex (the contractor?) and the woman who answered wanted to know why I was calling. I explained I had an appointment for a quote and he never showed. She said she would have him return my call. I never did hear back from them and it’s been over a month. If they weren’t interested in the job, they should have told me. I’m not pleased. Unreliable and not even the courtesy to call.
