Been in the city about 5 years now. Thrashers was my first Belleville Garden Centre and I've been going back ever since! Everyone there are friendly, helpful and patient with us silver haired gang. I dropped my rate because the one guy over there helps my neighbor cause trouble for our family hes always at this neighbor's place when he suppose to work even saw him bring bags of promixi dog food and much more to his place then few days later they claimed they had skid of stuff stolen

I called 1st thing Saturday morning to enquire about an off season product. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful! When I arrived 1 hour later to pick up 200 tomato cages ,they had them counted and ready for me. The young man loaded into the truck for me as I paid. Very engaging staff and exceptional customer service! Well worth the drive to Thrasher's .

The staff are lovely however I found that many of the houseplants look as though they are dying. I can understand when it's towards the end of summer, but I went in months ago and same thing. Especially the succulents :/ Thsi is the first year I've noticed this though.

Unfortunate that they do not let people in the store to shop. I’m not standing in the cold/rain for the person to go search what I am looking for. Instead of me deciding what product to choose or use they will be on a wild goose chance when I can easily pick and choose for myself. I need product but unsure which to choose and the ladies will have a harder time deciding for me when I can make the decision myself. Sorry you guys are loosing money. If layoffs happen ........ lmao could have been avoided if they just let People shop. I have a ton more to say but........

Had a great visit to the garden center. I know it seems like an odd time of year to be visiting them but I want to be ready when it is time to get back into my"Happy Place" Meanwhile, I purchased a grow light as I am hoping to grow a few pea shoots to add to my winter salads. Then, when it is time to start my seedlings off for my outside garden I will be all set up ready. As for my experience with my visit to Thrashers, as usual the staff were great. Very helpful even helped me to carry my purchases out to my truck. Keep up the good work Thrashers.
