I emailed for a delivery time for some firewood, apparently they got tired of being called "crooks" for charging $300 a bush cord and don't want to sell firewood anymore. Great integrity, but horrible business model.

Just received 10 yds of Triple Mix for our garden. Excellent quality as I can see, feel and smell a good mixture that is uniform and well screened/mixed. The driver was first class as well. The gentleman was able to back a full size tandem truck within the garden gate entrance with inches to spare. Saved me hours of shoveling.

I usually love and enjoy doing business with Sprouts. I've been going to Sprouts for a couple years now to get my garden soil. I love the variety and their prices are great. However my last encounter over the phone wasn't great! When I called to book a delivery for triple mix , I was given over a $100.00 quote for just the delivery alone due to the fact that i was well over an hour away according to them, which is not true. I'm roughly 29 mins away from them (I live in Roslin) , 34 minutes if you take the longer route. Whoever was on the phone argued with me and I finally just gave in ! I'm pretty disappointed.

Worked with Sprout's for Mulch and Compost. Great service and quality materials. Two years prior I used a larger competitor in the area and received black mulch that faded over winter, and triple mix that turned out to be predominantly sand. Needless to say, that competitor was a landscape contractor and obviously didn't concentrate on materials. As long as Sprout's quality is consistent and service great, I will continue to order from them.
