Checked hours online and said open till 5 pm so I rushed from ferry after work . Arrived at 4:45 and they closed the gates on me. I could have gone anywhere else closer And not wasted 45 minutes traveling to you if I knew you would be nasty and do that. Riley’s is just 10 minutes from the ferry terminal and they will get my business from now on

We have to drive about an hour to get to Selby's (despite having other nurseries closer by), but it's absolutely worth it! All shrubs, trees and plants we bought there are healthy and look amazing. Everyone who works there is always helpful and knowledgeable. They even try and get specialities in if they don't carry them at the nursery. I absolutely recommend plant shopping here!

I was most impressed with the stock on hand here which seems to go on and on ...! They have a great selection of perennials, logically organized and healthy. The staff were approachable and pleasant but the best part is that their knowledge of their stock is excellent! If you need advice, this is the place to come! I will be returning.

Service just awful......got told off....... Just wanted to purchase trees and some plants. The owner does not know how to hire quality people to make that business grow

Have been to this garden center many times and always have been very happy with the plant selection and wonderful, friendly staff. Very good selection of annuals, perennials, herbs, produce, seeds, and plant sizes available. Also carry your gardening soil needs. Large spacious parking lot. Affordable prices on most plants and a little over priced on others. Carry unique and hard to find plants also. Noticed tropical plants this season, yay! All were really healthy plants. Definitely recommend going to this gem!

Don't know much about flowers except they look nice. Took a friend there and was treated to large variety of flowers and the staff there were very knowledgeable and able to help find what my friend needed I really enjoyed the beautiful flowers and the time spent there

My mom lives in a town in the area of the garden center but still quite a distance from it. I live hundreds of kilometers away. I purchased a gift certificate by phone for my mom for Mother's Day and they were happy to deliver it to her door for me the week before Mother's Day! I purchased my first home close to Selby last year and when the Selby Garden Centre opened I was eager to check it out. I ended up putting in several flower gardens and it was always my go to place for affordability and selection. This year I’ve already purchased a few varieties of spring flowers and once again it is the best place I’ve found for selection. Staff are always so friendly and full of knowledge.
