I was in search of a septic diagram and report for my house ( didn’t receive one from previous owners) I was informed that Dibbits may have installed my system back when the house was built in 2013. Called them and left a message for Joe. He returned my call promptly and informed me they did infact install the system. He emailed me all the diagrams and permits they had on file the next day. This was super helpful in planning my landscaping project. I would highly recommend them.

In April I called to speak with a representative regarding purchasing some garden wall stones, pavers etc. From my first contact with Tanya I found everyone to be professional and courteous. They were helpful and advised me I could attend the yard and view all their products as the Covid-19 virus had businesses doors closed to customers. If I had any questions I could contact Ryan directly. My wife and I attended and viewed the well layed out and extensive collection of products from large stones, caps, slabs to pavers. I spoke directly with Ryan and appreciated his knowledge and recommendations. The prices are fair and were in line with my expectations. We chose a large guillotine sliced rock and Tim took the particular rock out and stored it for our future order and subsequent delivery. Tim was professional, helpful and a pleasure to meet. Once we placed our order and arranged delivery I was met at my home by Chris a new addition to the Dibbits operation. Chris was courteous and helpful while being respectful of our property when unloading all the pallets of stone. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Overall I am very impressed from first contact to finish. I plan on ordering more stone products as my project proceeds. A top notch company I highly recommend. I have already advised my neighbors in this new subdivision.

Our interactions with Joe, Hans, Justin and the team from the start of the project to its completion were always professional and timely. They visited our property and provided a detailed quote for services, answered all of our questions and obtained all of our permits to get started. Their coordination of materials and equipment onsite was always timely. Called to order 10 yards of crushed stone for my driveway 3 days in advance, requested morning delivery, I was informed that it is not possible to make a commitment, and that delivery would be between 8 and 5. i think it is worth mentioning i am only a few km away from Dibbits (and all down hill to boot). Slightly displeased that my day off would be wasted i ask if it would be possible for the driver to spread the gravel as he dumps it, a procedure i have seen done countless times, I am then informed that this is only possible with loads of 18 yards or more... ok, well, these guys are the closest and thereby the cheapest delivery cost i guess i will go ahead and get a quote and book the appointment. This is when i'm told that they will only make an appointment if they are paid upfront. If I am to pay with cash i must go to their location and pay them. So i'm paying over 400$ for something they dig out of the ground and put on a truck to travel 5 minutes and dump it as fast as possible in a big heap at their leisure and i must go out of my way to go in and pay if i want to pay cash. What??? This should have been an easy 10 minute job to make tidy profit off some dirt. Wow i need to evaluate if it is worth my time and money to go out of my way and go with another company. Really felt like these guys did not want my business. called Belleville and Trenton slinger service, price was $339 they are coming 7:30- am fri morning and will spread it as well. 2 minute call.

Not very impressed with this company. We try to support locally and messaged and asked for there advice on how much rocks we would need for a project. We went with what they said we should need and paid deliver for them to come 2 mins down the road. Once it was delivered it wasn’t anywhere near what we needed and messaged them to tell them we needed more and that they were way off what they suggested. They charged us another delivery charge ( 2 mins down the road) when we went with there advice. Buy local they say but when they rip you off it seems like local doesn’t care about there local customer. Very disappointment !!!!!

We contracted Dibbits to provide shoreline protection for our home located in Prince Edward County on Lake Ontario. We have suffered from extensive erosion of our property due to high water levels combined with very rough water. We are extremely pleased with the work that Dibbits did. The worked consisted of: - completing and submitting forms and obtaining all required permits - preparing the shore by cleaning up the bank - cutting a trench into the base limestone to help secure the fieldstone - placing fabric along the bank to prevent future soil washout - placing over 915,000 lbs (415 metric tons) of fieldstone (2-5 ft. in diameter) along our shore. - installing 6' wide concrete steps (with a 3' patio inset into our lawn to keep them secure) All of this work was completed in only 9 days at the end of January 2020. The Dibbits staff were all very committed to the project and it was reflected in the quality of the finished product which is excellent. The staff were also very hard working, polite and easy to communicate with. Amazingly nearly all of this work was done using one excavator and one very skilled employee, Justin who navigated the huge excavator in tight spots around our trees without damaging them and placed the fieldstone so that we now have a nicely protected shore without any large gaps among the boulders. It seemed like the excavator arm and bucket were just extensions of Justin's arm and hand. In addition, the project actually came in under budget and we feel that we received excellent value for our money. We will certainly use Dibbits for ALL of our future landscaping/ excavating projects etc. Well done "Team Dibbits!" Many thanks to Joe, Pete, Hans, Justin, Hayden and all of the staff there.
