I Called today, simply wanted to know what to know how if a axle is going, I got "I can't diagnose your bike over the phone buddy" very very snotty, I said, I know that but can you tell me if it would click or, then cut me off with it could be a axle a diff if it could also be a u joint or driveshaft number of things, very nasty and short then more and less hung up the phone, montie is a complete di* k, he shouldn't be talking or dealing with customers at all, I simply wanted how to tell an axle is going not be treated like some pos ..

Poor customer service, tried 4 times to purchase a tractor each time told I would get a call back. I stopped trying after the 4th time. Lost customer and sales. Not that y’all care, lonely at the top.

I've been here a few times..... updated review. As of the 2020 Covid19, and Powell Powersports lost there Polaris license, I am trying DeerHaven again. Hope this works after a few years of not using them. The parts and service for Polaris have been helpful so far and my ATV will be here around the end of the month for some engine work. I hope thos all goes good even if I get bad news. If things don't work out again like last time, I will be forced to drive over an hour to Bancroft.

Called them left three messages no call back, then talk to the lady answering the phone she pass me to a gentleman he took my phone number and said a sales person in a ATV will call you back as he was gone for lunch. NO call back. That is a brutal way to do business and now we went and bought in Ottawa as there was nothing in Kingston were I live.

One of your company vehicles was pulling a trailer with a side by side today through Northbrook and Flinton, not only was he and his female passenger tailgating the other vehicles including myself, they were also passing on double yellow lines going about 115/120 up hills and around bends that nearly out the trailer into the ditch. He was very reckless and I would give the plate # but it was covered. This person should be reprimanded for reckless driving and endangering passer bys.

Bought a brand new machine from them a month ago. Picked it up on a Friday. Was a long weekend..... Taking my wife and child out for the long weekend ride. Seatbelt for my child would not work. So it didn't even come off the trailer.... They had to replace the seatbelt. They were like oh well.......just bring it back in. This is why a proper check should be done. and atvs, sleds and utv she should not sit outside for weeks/months at a time. They got their money....and I had to leave a new machine on a trailer for a long weekend.

Quite happy with my recent Princecraft purchase. With work and Covid restrictions time to look at leisure products is at a premium. Drew worked with my time constraints and was quite accommodating . When I picked up my Boat the trailer jack was damaged ... things happen, no big deal . I didn't have time to wait for them to swap it out so I asked if they could get a replacement and I would pick it up later but Drew went above and beyond in my opinion and delivered a new jack to my workplace the same day. There are always bumps in the road in life... it's how you deal with those bumps that sets you apart from the pack. Great job !!!

I bought my RZR 1000xp from Drew at Deerehaven in February, had an issue with speed sensor later that week. Drew walked me over to service and had service fix it right away which was awesome as 2021 has been a busy year for powersports, machine was done in an hour and I was back riding that afternoon. 4 months later I had a clutch issue John had my machine picked up and dropped back off (as my trailer is not available at the moment) they even washed the bike and put tire shine on it. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

Deerhaven Review.Can't seem to understand basic repair commands, want to cherry pick easy repairs. No diagnostic skills even when directed to problem. Won't listen to customer, even when told multiple times how to recreate the issue. Recommended place to go if you nod your head up and down like one of those dogs in car windows. Yes I am annoyed. I have time to write sitting here broke down with the original problem I arrived at Deerhaven with. After they took a month to get me in and then forgot about me for another week and another week to get back in queue. That is my Deerhaven of Belleville Ontario Review. Now that I am thinking makes sense they sell John Deere we all what scams they have been pulling on farmers. Best review I could do Deerhaven.

Bought a 2011 500 ho in 2010, had to look and find a salesman, when I did, I got the impression that I was a bother didn't really act like they wanted my 9,000, when it comes to warranty work good luck I had to fight cause something in my clutch went with in a few months of ownership said not normal and tare, and what really pisses me off the most is that when I went to pick it up hit the brake to shift in gear and the brake lever went to the bar then got told that it was fine when it was moved, but instead of being put on top of the repair list I had to wait another week or more to get my "fixed" bike back and still had to fight for them to cover it under warranty, I honestly went else where when I bought my 18 850sp cause of my past experience, I'm all for supporting your local dealership but I didn't want to fight for something that shouldn't even a questionable

Where do i start... man oh man This place is an absolute joke. Took my sled here to get inspected. They charged me 4 hours to look over the track and clutch... I called 5 different Polaris dealers and they charge 1-2 hours max for a whole look over when this joke of place charged me 4 just for clutch and track. Deerhaven tried to quote me 12 hours to change the track and a few wheel bearings on my sled.... 12 hours!?!!? Who's changing it? A toddler?? After their inspection all said and done they told me all my steering was bent and gone, my track and a bunch of bearings and wheels were gone, both clutches were gone and a lot more minor things that started adding up in price. This was quoted for parts costing $4500 and then another 27 hours labor ($100 an hour x 27 =$2700) Total cost around $6900. Absolutely ridiculous. I went to another local Polaris authorized dealer and they only charged me 1 hour for FULL INSPECTION and they said more than 50% of the parts deerhaven said needed to be fixed didn't, they were completely fine. This other changed my track in 3 hours when deerhaven tried to say it takes 12!!! Total parts and labour from this other place was $2900 TOTAL. The mechanics at this place were blown away from what deerhaven quoted me and for all the false things they said was wrong. Deerhaven is an absolute joke and time fraud!! DO NOT bring your things here to get fixed.

With the help of my sales rep Drew I picked up a Sportsman 570. Drew is very knowledgeable and helped me pick the model best fit for the work I required around the cottage. He further assisted with giving me a quick tutorial during the pick up. They have an area set up for quick loading into the back of your pick up truck as well.

Bought a polaris ATV (privately) that was only serviced at this location. have all recipts from services provided and after all the work done still did not run properly. I found what caused the ATV to barely run, and ironically was "repaired" according to the recipts provided. What I found was a pulled +12v pin from the throttle position sensor and very questionable wire repair on the very same wire (3 inches away from connector) Also, an alarming amount of silicone used to stop a map sensor leak (was still leaking vacuum) While I cannot confirm or deny what may or may not have been done to this ATV between its last visit to deerhaven and my purchase, whats clear is that the wire repair on the throttle position sensor was sub par at best. Whomever worked on this last was careless with the connector and caused damage to it. (I replaced this connector for $25 and it ran perfectly after resealing the map sensor, which took a good 20 minutes to clean up that silicone mess) Long story short, I'm not impressed. I'm a mechanic and I know what I'm doing :) Do better in the future for your customers deerhaven. you're the only polaris dealer nearby, make sure your customers are happy.

We went to deer haven in belleville in hopes to buy a lawn tractor...the receptionist paged someone to come to the showroom floor...no one appeared...we then told her we would go out to look at what they had...waited for approximately 15 min. Still no one appeared...as a customer..I consider this to be VERY RUDE .....sorry but you will not be receiving any of our business again
