Last year was my first year in Bathurst, New Brunswick. I was told I'd need a snowblower and that Kerr's carried a fine selection of Cub Cat brand. I bought one at their sale price and it proved to be an excellent choice. Their advice and service capabilities were terrific. In the spring my lawn mower needed some service. Kelvin, very quickly identified the problem and had it repaired within a day or two. Next was a chainsaw I had been given. Hard to start after years of sitting unused. Again I called Kerr's and they took it in. Next day they had it running like a top. To sum it up...I would highly recommend Kerr's for any of your seasonal needs. From whipper snippers to apparel they can help you out. Winter and summer. And the best thing is, their knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Thanks Kerr's for being ther every time I've needed something!

Had major issues regarding warranty on a item purchased at their store. I had to spend multiple hours in the store at different occasion in order to have them honoring their warranty. I've been a customer there for many years and was spending quit a bit of money in there store. I have never been there ever since, hope things are better now.

Customer service no complaints great customer service but I bought a snow blower 3x and it is the worst thing ever. Yes I brought it there yo get fix and after money spend it kind of works fo a bit and then no good again. It only throw the snow maybe 6 feet. Other then that I bought a tractor and chain saw all this work great but I just recomend to stay away from cub cadet 3x snow blower

I went to look into buying an outfit for snowmobiling. The lady (Margaret)who served me was fantastic! Was very well informed and knowledgeable on products, models and sizing. She educated me on the rating of warmth of their products and made my visit less stressful and much more enjoyable. I left happy and confident with my purchases. I highly recommend Kerr's!
