Kirk and his team came to my home to remove six forty plus foot pine trees from my front lawn. These trees were very close to my home and they removed them efficiently (Read one hour and eighteen minutes they had them all down and cleaned up) and safely. They left my property very neat and cleaned up and even made sure that both my neighbors lawns and driveways were cleaned up and neat as well. The price was great and the crew was also very kind to my two year old daughter. I can not recommend them enough. If you want tree service these are your guys!!

Kirk and his crew are to be commended for the first class job of removing a dangerous tree which was overhanging our driveway. They arrived when scheduled and laid out their gear and safety cones and with the minimum of fuss went at the job in a very organized manner. The branches were put through a chipper on to their truck and the trunk cut into manageable logs. All was cleaned up and cleared away in a very efficient manner. We would have no hesitation recommending the services of this company. Well done guys.

Set up a meeting for 5pm for a quote. No show and no call. After waiting a half hour I called and he said he was busy and if we could meet again in an hour. Went back for the meeting and waited twenty mins. Again he was a no show and no call to apologize or give a heads up. He wasted my time twice. Not sure where he gets these glowing reviews. I would give him a zero star rating if I could. Terribly disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I’d be less annoyed if he’d felled a tree on my house.

Great service great results. I am selling my house and last minute the home stager wanted us to fix up hedges before pictures. I spoke with Kirk Tuesday night and said I need them done by Thursday morning at 9 am. He was there Wednesday working in the pouring rain trimming the hedges which now looks amazing. The price was very reasonable and Kirk him self collected the money and made sure I was happy. He's a very nice guy. Contacted and made appointment, and was several hours late for the estimating appointment. Then the first day we scheduled to complete the job, he didn't show up, nor his crew. No call, no email, no text. Nothing. Late in the day, I received an email or text apologizing with a lame excuse. He was given a second chance, came approximately 3 hours late and couldn't complete the job in 1 day as was promised several times. Went the next day to finish and was told it was finished and demanded full payment that day. I refused to pay until I saw the work was completed. I went the next day, and, it was not finished. I will spare you the details, but fast forward 2 months later, we set a date and time to complete, again it was a no show-no call-no text-no email situation. Forced to get someone else to finish the job, sadly. Conclusion: Unprofessionality, lack of punctuality, unreliability outweighs tree cutter's knowledge and experience. Updated: We made a time to meet December 5th 2020, to finish and resolve the matter. You did not show up, despite planning and accomodating your schedule. I tried to get a hold of you all day, once again to no avail. Funny you mention the day before Thanksgiving...which was the day you tried to scam me by hustling me for money when the job was NOT complete. 'Forgetting' to cut an ENTIRE large tree, removing 4 large stumps and large piles of brush by chipping them, hardly constitutes a professional job. This was a full service job? You're complaining about large trees, because that is your business or because you didnt want to do it? Yes there was a verbal agreement with a change, and, you offered that up. I accepted because it made sense. Nothing further was discussed. You left the job, grossly unfinished Friday and tried to come and meet me for full payment. Now I know why. After you completed the job, (according to you it was complete), you pressured me to fully pay, all in the name of Thanksgiving. When I said I would meet you the next day to pay and see if the job is complete, you said 'you were busy and had other jobs'. When I went to go see if the job was indeed complete, it was definitely unfinished. And, I responded without anger, but professionally, ''come back and finish the agreed upon job and get paid in full'. So,on Dec 5th we could not get a hold of you, 3 texts, 2 emails and 1 call to voicemail. I post a review and minutes later you respond minutes later, so you deliberately made an appointment Dec 5 and did not come to finish the job???? That's classless. "Cut your losses, really?" And, yes you drove to come to do the job, did you expect the trees to grow legs and walk to your place of residence ? Shame on you.

Kirk and crew did an amazing job to remove a number of trees in the yard respecting neighbours and fences all in one day. I did request to have stumps removed however the crew expertly cut the stumps low enough to get a lawnmower over. Fun to watch all their expertise. Great cleanup, after their work. Competitively priced, highly recommend! Correction...Sorry my mistake in typing...I DID NOT request stumps removed...however...

My full size black walnut tree lost a large limb to dry rot which fell onto two neighbours properties. Kirk was quick to assess, had no problem showing me an insurance certificate, and was on time the next day. Team worked efficiently, quickly, carefully and respected all three properties. They went above and beyond to save a garden and even mended fences. Clean up was superb. I would highly recommend this team. Thanks the cutting boards Kirk! I love them.

We had several large trees removed (ash evergreen and basswood) and a few limbs removed from our front silver maple. Kirk arrived the same day we contacted him for a quote. He was friendly, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Once booked, a crew of 8 to 9 people arrived to complete our job. Everything was done in a safe manner. We couldn't believe how quick the job went. All very hard workers and worked into dusk. All unmanageable pieces of wood were removed via dumpster and the rest was neatly stacked at the side of our property. Clean up was impeccable, my husband is convinced that they may have vacuumed our lawn of sawdust! Thank you so much for all your help!!
