Steyn’s is my go to nursery for geraniums for my planters and gardens. Great selection and very healthy plants. They also have beautiful hanging baskets as well as a good selection of trailing plants for my deck planters.

After seeing lot's of good reviews we visited last week and bought some annuals. And ordered 2 yard triple mix over the phone this week. Next day delivered. Everything was quick and easy process. Good quality triple mix and reasonably priced. Thank you for good service.

I popper into Steyn's one day because it was looking for something quite specific and I was quite please to find that they had what I was looking for, so I bought it. They have a decent selection and I found their pricing to be reasonable. Their staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly which adds to an overall pleasant experience. I'll be back.

I don't even know where to begin. I bought soil from this garden centre and it was contaminated and now I have a ton of weeds which are only growing in the area I put the soil. I tried to contact them to file a complaint and nobody called me back after 24 hours I had to call back myself to follow up. I bought 7 yards of soil to fill my back yard. All the remaining soil I put in pots which also had the same weeds and I gave some to my neighbour's who have that weed growing on their property now. I have also gotten complaints from other neighbour's and this weed is crazy and a lot to pull out by the roots. WHATEVER YOU DO. DO NOT PURCHASE SOIL FROM HERE. if you have any issues the owners are no help. I have attached a text message of the owners responsible as well after I was told to send them pictures. There is also 2 other reviews on Google where other people had the same issue. Be aware. Avoid this place at all costs.

Simply awesome!! I stopped in and requested some used plastic planters for milkweed plants and my granddaughters attempt this summer to raise butterflies. They were happy to provide some. Wow. Seems like a simple thing but when a garden centre is crazy busy this is what great customer service is !

Just placed an order with Nadia for 3yds of Triple mix; very pleasant, patient and precise active listener! Price was most agreeable, delivery fee nominal, text message confirmed transaction and payment (received seconds after ending the call). Nadia explained everything using concise and clear language including where to locate the delivery. Delivery will arrive next day, then I can plant my vegetables. Lettuce prey! It is great to have a family run garden center so close to me. I love that Steyns grows the products they sell in a pesticide free environment and that all their plants are Neonicotiniod free, (save the bees) this is especially important to me when I buy veggies.

Have been coming here with my mom for years! Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable and friendly. Someone is always available to ask questions to and I always get great suggestions or alternatives to what I'm looking for. The hanging baskets are absolutely to die for!!!! All in all Steyns is an absolute must go to!

Did almost all of my spring garden shopping here. Great selection for such a little space, found some things I couldn't find at a larger garden centre. The staff was great and even remembered me after just one visit.

Steyns garden center was recommended to mw by my local gardening group. I am a new raised bed gardener and new to the area. The young lady recommended triple mix when I explained what I was doing and even worked out how much was needed. Well the dirt has been in for about 3 weeks and I have planted the vegetables I got from Steyns as well. The plants had good roots and the soil seems like a good texture for growing. I am so glad I found this spot and will be picking up flowers soon.

I ordered 5 yards of soil and my beautiful lawn turned all to weeds. When contacting Steyns, they accused me and said it wouldn't be possible but I know it was their bottom of the barrel soil bc my lawn was great before using their product. The growth of the new weeds was at the same time as my fresh grass seed. Very upsetting that they don't stand behind their products and now I will pay the price to have my lawn fixed. :( I would hate to have this happen to anyone else. Buyer beware!

Steyn's Garden Centre is our go to place for everything related to gardening. The quality of their products, their customer service & knowledge is fantastic! We order top soil yearly from them for our lawn. Our lawn has never looked better. Their prices are reasonable and their delivery is very quick. If you haven't checked out Steyn's Garden Centre yet, I highly recommend that you do.

We ordered triple mix soil for our lawn that was not even close to triple mix. It was the worst soil and a lot of weed grew from this soil. I would not recommend it
