Hard Rock Landscaping As homeowners we cannot begin to describe how happy we are with our new backyard addition. Ian and his dedicated team installed a raised patio and adjoining walkways that we have been visualizing for two years. We initially had a quote done in 2017 which Ian followed up with in the spring of 2018. This spoke volumes to us and we called him when we were finally ready to go ahead this year. We had a general idea of what we wanted installed, but Ian’s contact at Unilock , Murray, was a tremendous help in picking out the final products and colours. From start to finish the project was completed with precision and care. It was incredible how quickly the guys worked and the meticulous attention to detail that was exercised. Any questions or concerns were always immediately addressed and we were absolutely impressed with the customer service that the on site crew provided. Hard Rock really set the bar and exceeded our expectations. If you are considering an outdoor project we highly recommend Ian and the Hard Rock team.

I was referred to Hardrock Landscaping from a neighbour that had hired Hardrock to do landscaping at her home. They did a beautiful job and when I called, Ian came by within 24 hours and and within a week they had completed my driveway expansion and river rock with a border across the back of my backyard. With my situation I was dealing with another Pool / Landscaping Company that had left my backyard in a unsatisfactory condition. I spoke to Ian and despite him being extremely busy with other projects, he took the time to see me and except the job at hand. Throughout the whole process, Ian explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. When Ian and his crew arrived they were on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of work was exceptional, and I am most definitely happy with the work done. If I can say one thing about Ian, is that he is honest and there are no hidden fees from start to finish. If you are looking for any landscaping projects around your house, I would highly recommend Hardrock Landscaping. I have a few other projects that I would like to get completed around the house and I will for sure be calling Ian again... Christie :-)

I will preface this by saying this is my second time using Hard Rock Landscaping so I obviously thought they were good enough to bring back. They did both my back yard and now my front yard and overall they both look good. Only negative is that their attention to the small details has fallen short on both jobs. All 4 downspouts they touched are now not straight. One is severely butchered because they forgot about having to out my gate back up. Unfortunately they are not easy fixes so I don't expect them to do anything but it's a little disappointing . . . Overall I would recommend them but hopefully a detailed oriented person can monitor them to stop these things from happening

good job done , people passing by comment how beautiful my house looks, i have transformed it 90%, in a great way, money well spent, my home looks brand new, small place but elegent. they were there early in a.m and worked hard all day, had a few small problems but were quickly rectified next day, i would highly recommend them, they have been in business for years ,so they are experienced, Ian is good at giving ideas too'

Professional team, timely responses, dedicated, passionate about their work, attention to detail and the list goes on. We just can't say enough about Ian and his team Steve And Dorian. We had a vision for our front walkway and the team made it happen. And they were in and out in a matter of 1.5 days. The site was left extremely clean and tidy after they left and they even reseeded the area. When Ian said he was going to start at 10:00 am on the first morning....they were all there and ready to go. He also communicated throughout the entire process of when various pieces of equipment would be arriving on site. Ian initially quoted us a price and the project came in right on budget so there were no hidden costs or surprises. A wonderful experience with Hardrock Landscaping. We contacted Ian last December about a flagstone and Armour stone patio to replace a wood deck that was being removed. Ian showed up exactly when he said he would and spent a good amount of time with us discussing what we wanted and how it could be done. The project was booked for the beginning of July with a deposit given. We had a couple of discussions in the spring to make sure that all was well. Some of the materials were delivered at the beginning of July. True to form Ian called on July 4 and said his crew would be here the next day at 7 am. They were indeed here and working by 7. They are a great crew who were really personable, obviously really skilled at what they do and worked for about 11 hours, only stopping for lunch and during a thunderstorm. It was all done very fast and efficiently with about half of the following day to finish up. The project was done to a really high level and as we hoped for. It's fantastic looking. They used the same track back and forth across the lawn for the mini excavator and bobcat to access the site and haul materials then did a really good job of filling any marks in the lawn with soil and reseeding. A great experience with Ian and his crew. We'd happily use Hardrock if we had another project needing doing and highly recommend them.

We recently had our patio done by Ian and his team. Ian is honest and his pricing was fair. His team was courteous and they worked fast. There was one minor thing we needed fixed; Ian came back and made the fix to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely hire Hardrock again.

We highly recommend Hardrock Landscaping! Ian and his team turned our very dated pool deck it into an oasis! We were especially impressed with Ian's communication-he calls when he says he's going to call and he answers his phone promptly when we called him. Ian was very thorough during the quote process-we were very appreciative of the time he took to educate us on the options that we had. We never felt pressure from Ian-he let us make our choices and did not pressure us at all-he seems to truly care about doing what's best for his clients (no pressure/no upselling). Ian and his crew were here when they said they would be and worked hard to complete the project-the project was completed on time. Ian has an INCREDIBLE and we have to say it again INCREDIBLE crew-they are a very hardworking and professional crew! They demonstrated great attention to detail and when they were asked any questions they took the time to answer them. Overall we are very happy with the end result, and we will definitely use Ian and his team again for our next project!
