Waited 28 mins in the heat outside...covid 19. May 26th 20020. I'm a senior . ...after waiting got to the front of a line everyone was told by an employ if we wanted garden center we would have to go to the other lineup, other end of the store. Why weren't we told before? I spoke to a manager he said they are doing the best they can and walked away. So rude. I mentioned to another team member was told nothing she could do. So rude! I hate this store will never return.As a elderly person and standing in the heat to be treated this way. Lowe's you customer service is the worst. Not the first time I've heard this.
