Brand new building with friendly neighbors. Very nice, clean and quiet apartment. It also has a Gym, pet wash, party room and patio with beautiful landscape.

Friendly residence, great management. Clean, new and quite place. It has high quality kitchen cabinets, fridge, and ... Pet friendly building. There is nice green area infront of building to walk your dog or hiking.

Excellent security and key fobs to access building. Clean and new feel. Air conditioning. Excercise rooms, and inside and outside common area for family and visitors on building top terrace. Great run and friendly management. Easy to move into access to building. Spacious apartments

Modern and clean apartments!! Friendly staff and neighbours. This building is quite and we love being able to have our fur babies living with us. Great location to everything that Barrie has to offer.
