On 26 September 2017 I purchased 14 pieces of flagstone. The fork lift operator advised me it weighed 617 pounds.I questioned this weight but he assured me it was correct. I did not see the scales display or dial. I unloaded the rock at home , now 15 pieces as I broke one and again doubted the weight of 617 pounds. I weighed each piece with my bathroom scales and this indicated I only had 510 pounds. On 27 September 2017 I returned to the yard and shared my findings. I received a lecture on the fragility of flagstone, as I had broke one, and a suggestion that I could return the product. This would have been a waste of gas and time as I did not have 617 pounds to return. It is my opinion that I paid for 107 pounds of product that I did not receive.

The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me find the product that I needed. With the current COVID situation, they are only taking appointments. However, this is advantageous as you get 100% of their attention with product advice. Their fork lifts made for easy loading into my trailer.

I cannot give a higher recommendation for my experience with Cast-N-Stone this summer. When I first visited their location in early April, I found their commitment to their team and customer safety during the pandemic was excellent and reasonable, and they were clear about some of the constraints they were facing with their suppliers. They also gave excellent advice on product selection between walkway pavers, retaining wall stone and coping, and stone steps. If my yard work weren't complete (fingers crossed!) I'd be planning to do business with them again next summer! Thanks so much, Reid, Mel and Alicia for all your help this summer!

Sent the wrong step and charged me to come pick it up. When its a companies mistake they should take responsibility for the mistake and not place it on the customer. Will never use these guys again and wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Amazing experience working with their super friendly, knowledgeable and fast acting team! First time DIY for us; armed with plenty of research, they were very patient and helped us get exactly what we wanted. No pressure upsell, just purely there to give us exactly what we want and need while offering good advice. Tons of selection and lots on display to see. Huge yard with tons of inventory.
