Secondly, regarding the review below. We're in the middle of a PANDEMIC, have some consideration, take your head from out between your legs and think of others for a change. Put yourself in their situation and what they're dealing with at this time. They have just recently reopened and are short staffed.

I bought a new CBR 300 in March and couldn't be more pleased with the over all experience coming into my first service. The dealer was very patient helping me to understand motorcycles and what to look for as a new rider. Many other stores tried to push me into motorcycles much larger than I felt comfortable with or out right ignored me. Even after the sale was made they worked with me to get around my work and school schedules for pick up in the same friendly manor as before. In addition coming in to schedule service was a breeze and they had no In issues answering questions and taking a look at the bike immediately regarding a concern with a bolt. Unfortunately calling the service desk at one point did leave me with a 10 min wait. However when I called the sales representative directly I was always able to get a hold of him or have a call back in a reasonable amount of time.

I just want to share my experience with Barrie Honda used car dealership. It was a good with price but the Cari got from them it was just three year old and 45322 km driven, i bought this car 76 days before i drove just 356 km and it was 4 time i have to boost battery from other car. For that I went to dealership first time there was sales person wasn't there second time i went there and service station was closed after they said you have to pay for even i check the car. Same time my brother bought car from Toyota from Toronto they check my car even free because of my brother bought car from them. it was good service from Toyota but not from Barrie Honda. I am just sharing my experiance.

(Sid) is a sale man that he doesn’t know how to close deal with customer on the spot he gives them days and weeks to think on it and customer change his mind after that , keep delaying delivery day customer for no reason just because he thinks that works for customer, so that means his not professional to be working in honda and destroying there name should be working in small motorcycle shop not in honda , plus that he have a very bad communication skills he doesn’t follow up with customer so he lose the deal & commission! Stay away from him !!

If anyone is looking for great service, looking for information about a part for their bike, quad, lawnmower, generator, weedwacker, water pump, Barrie Power House is the source. They have amazing mechanics that know how to do the job right. Especially if you need tires change and not having your rims damaged when they change them. Craig and the boys will make sure your taken care of. I know when I need parts or have questions they are the place to go. They also have great deals on oil and other items you always need.

Brought a 1000eu to get tuned up. They told me it would be a week. I told them I was in a timeline they assured me no problem... Three weeks later as after back and forth phone calls assuring everytime I called it was going to be look at that say,I phoned them and asked if it had been looked at yet they said they've been busy...i said that's fine I'm coming to get my generator I'll bring it somewhere else.. They gave it to me in a box... disassembled, in roughly 40-50 parts and than tried charging me for repair work lol. Terrible place. They realllllly don't care about customer service or any of that stuff.

I wish I was able to provide a rating lower than 1 star. It's disappointing the customer service these days. This is a problem with with "Powerhouse" and the Honda dealership. There doesn't seem to be a cohesive connection between the two. Not only that, there are incredibly rude people that answer the phone. I've been hung up and asked to leave a message 3 times. I understand that labour is the number of cost of a business but when it starts to consistently impact the experience of the customer then you have to ask yourself, should you hire another person to support what appears to be an already overwhelm staff.

Good Day, The Five Stars is for Alex Hubley and not for the dealership who remains understaff and overworked which leads to many delays and frustrated customers as myself. Alex remained professional and more important to me truthful and followed up. I highly recommend to deal strictly with him, the other staff clearly is overwhelmed and tell story's to Anger customers to respectfully get us off the phone but create a bigger issue down the road.

I seems that I’m not supposed to buy a Honda motorcycle. At least from this place. I went on a Sunday the first time and was surprised that they were closed. Wouldn’t it be logical that people who work a regular job go looking for toys on the weekend? My mistake I guess. Next I tried another day to get there and arrived shortly before their posted hours of closing of 5:30pm only to find the door locked and the lights off. Apparently it’s okay to cut out early and neglect clients. The third, and final time (I won’t be back), I arrived in plenty of time. A quick walk around the showroom looking for the one bike I was interested in looking at left me disappointed. They didn’t have it. I went to the two receptionists sitting there and felt like I was intruding on their time when I asked for a brochure on the bike I had come to see. Rather than get me what I had asked for she went looking for a salesman. The one remaining told me they could order it for me. Who buys a bike without seeing it first? When the first one returned she informed me that both salesmen were busy with other clients. I now know that a Honda motorcycle just isn’t in my future. At least not from here.

One star I know many people who winterized and stored their bike at this location over the winter. While other shops were able to return their customers bikes with contact delivery. Barrie Honda has chosen to close the doors, ignore phone messages and emails. No time of delivery to date has been forth coming. Comments of poor service are being deleted. Very sad business practice with no open lines of communication to their clients.
