I was looking to have two trees cut down with the trunks and branches cut down into manageable fire wood size. I had multiple quotes from a number of companies and chose Arbormac for a number of reasons. 1- Jeff showed up on time to assess the trees and discuss what I wanted done. He was understanding and provided a verbal quote and told me he'd email me a digital copy of the quote a little later that evening, which he did. Which was a good indication on the level of customer service Arbormac provides. (For example- The first company that assessed the job earlier in the day said they'd provide me with a quote that night and I didn't get the quote until 5 days later...after the job was already done) 2- Jeff's quote that was provided via email was detailed with a break down of the work being done to each tree and the cost per tree. Some other quotes I had received weren't as specific/detailed. 3- The price was extremely reasonable! With my wanting the wood left on site for firewood was taken into consideration. Some of the quotes I received from other companies said me keeping the wood wouldn't make a difference in price and that the price includes removal regardless of whether or not I kept the wood. 4- Upon deciding to use Arbormac, Jeff and I were in constant, timely communication to set up a time for him to come and do the work. 5- When it came to the day for the work to be conducted, Jeff and his crew arrived at the EXACT time agreed upon, and had both trees down and cut down into firewood logs in slightly over an hour! Needless to say, the timely, consistent customer service I received from Jeff sets the gold standard of how a business should handle customer service. The quality of work mirrors the standard of the customer service Jeff and Arbormac provides! Rest assured, if I have any future arborist needs, Arbormac will be my first call!

Arbormac is the tree care you want. We had to remove a big tree near house due to racoon problems. They were Fast efficient and quick. Reasonably priced too. They couldn't do anything better.
