Very nice quaint Hotel. Remember its a very old building but the modern rooms make this place the best hotel in Baie Comeau, I've tried most of them!! The beds were very comfortable, modern amenities such as big flat screen tv, mini-refrigerator, keurig machine, A/C, and very clean. Very nice view on the Terrace overlooking the St. Lawrence River and Dock area. Free continental breakfast is a perk too!

I find it very stressful to travel with a newborn baby and when I arrived after a long day on the road, a ramp had been installed so that I could go up with the thumbs up on the stairs, they had installed a playpen in the room and there my installed in an isolated room so as not to disturb other customers. Je trouve très stressant voyager avec un bébé naissant et lorsque que je suis arriver après une longue journée de route, une rampe avait été installé pour que je puisse monter avec la poucette dans les escaliers, ils avaient installé un parc dans la chambre et il mon installé dans une chambre isolé pour ne par déranger d’autre client. Un stress de moins sur nos épaule! J’ai déjà réservé une chambre pour mon retour!
