This is a small store, located on first floor of Peter Pond Mall. I bought many bags and other items from this store. They are good quality. Price is reasonable. Most of the time they offer sale. Suitcase, carry on bags, wallets, ladies bags, school bags, gloves, caps and other accessories are available here. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean. Lots of parking spots including para parking. I never had bad experience. Recommend others to try this store.

Don't buy from here! Horrible customer service and the quality of the suitcases are very poor. The suitcase I bought from here broke within 3 months of purchase and they refused to do anything about it. You are better off buying from the retailer or Costco. They are "discounted" for a reason.

The customer service at this store is terrible. I stood at the register for over an hour because the employee messed up my transaction and owed me a refund. The manager was not at the store and the employees had no clue what to do. They phoned the manager numorous times and the manager refused to issue my refund. I spoke with the manager on the phone as well and she misunderstood what happened. They were all so concerned about their register being off balance at the end of the day and had no concern about the customer or making a sale! Terrible terrible experience.
