After driving extensively around the island for 2 days, the last stop was breton brewing on our last night, beautiful brewery, which me and my partner were really looking forward to. Unfortunately for us we came 1 hour before closing on a Sunday. We ordered a pumpkin ale rimmed with sugar and cinnamon, and it was really delicious. At 4:25 we asked our server if we could order two more large beers (realizing that they close at 5) she said as long as you are out of here at 5, we said we would be.. She gave us 1 large beer and said we would get the second one when we were half done this one, but we finished the glass and waited and she then asked us if we would just want the small glass and we said fine. The small one was rimmed as with chunks hanging off the sides and literally looked like s***. We were pretty disappointed with our experience as I know we came in an hour before close, we would have been capable of being out of there by the time she said she wanted us out. I will be buying my pumpkin ales in a liquor store next time!

After waiting by the "please wait to be seated" sign for what felt like an hour (maybe 5 mins) I decided to approach the bar where I was again ignored as I waved and attempted to get some attention. I punched myself a few times to make sure I was real and not a ghost. Eventually someone asked what I wanted, I explained the situation and was told I could sit outside where I found a table with the previous customers empty glasses still uncollected and I knocked over my guests with the umbrella which I had to erect myself. After some time we were asked what we would like to order. I requested a list of things, they brought us a menu instead. That's as far as we got so far, I'll add more later if the situation turns around.

A lively brewery serving up delicious staples, including a hoppy IPA and easy drinking stout. If you like to earn your beer, the local running group meets and ends at the brewery. Otherwise, there’s an abundance of seating with live music in the evenings to enjoy

The space is great to bring a whole bunch of folks to try beer. I found I didn't care much for most of their stuff. It was good, just not very interesting or unique among other craft brewers in the area. Nice staff!
