This place is a must for nature lovers. Impossible to come out of it without buying anything :) (Original) Nous y sommes allés il y a 2 semaines pour la première fois. Nous cherchions deux lilas, un palmier Majesty, un emerald gold (merci a Nathalie d'avoir retrouvé le nom) et d'autres plantes. Devant le vaste choix des plantes, nous avons été conseillés par Nathalie. Elle a su nous conseiller et a très bien cerné nos besoins. Malgré le fait qu'elle ait terminé son quart, elle est restée répondre patiemment a nos questions. C'est fantastique de voir une telle passionnée de son métier !! Mille mercis Nathalie !! D'une façon plus générale, la pépinière a un nombre impressionnant de plantes et de variétés qu'on ne trouve pas toujours dans les centres de jardin. Il est a noter que la santé des plantes est excellente, et le feuillage est bien vert et bien fourni. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. On peut avoir le sentiment que c'est un peu plus cher (pour certaines plantes, mais pas pour toutes), mais il faut regarder l'état général de ce que nous avons acheté: aucune plante n'a semblé souffrir de manque de maintenance, d'arrosage... Cet endroit est un passage obligé pour les amoureux de la nature. Impossible de ressortir de la sans rien acheter :)

Un mois plus tard, 6 arbustes sont très beaux et en bonne santé, et le 7e est en train de mourir. Cet arbuste a une garantie d'un an, c'est écrit clairement sur le petit carton de Pépinière Abbotsford. Je pensais donc que ce ne serait pas un problème de l'échanger. Mais non, le responsable sur place (Tristan) refuse catégoriquement de me l'échanger. Sa réponse: 'Je ne peux pas l'échanger parce qu'il n'a pas été assez arrosé, ou il a été trop arrosé....' Inacceptable et très décevant.
