Hotel was clean, my room was clean. but no room service is provided in Aug. 2021, (I stayed three nights). called the service desk to ask for minimum cleaning( garbage and towel replacement). they promised to send someone that never showed up

I stay at this hotel just just for the night and well I must say it is a very clean place. The staff were nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft. The only issue I have is having to pay full rate for a hotel room without having all services available such as the free Breakfast. There should have be a little Discount of 10 dollars or so for being able to offer that. But all in all I would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling.

I had planned to write this review after my first visit (about two months ago), but I'm glad I waited. I was blown away on my first visit, and have returned about 7-8 times since (I'm losing count) - I'm amazed by the consistency in cleanliness and service. Prior to finding Wyndham Gardens Edmonton Airport, I tried several accommodations in Leduc/Nisku - with disappointing results. I found yucky things in the rooms, which makes you wonder what short-cuts were taken. I had just accepted the fact I'd probably never rest well in a hotel. I'm a frequent traveler for business, and notice small details. I also work in a highly vulnerable environment and my caution re: germs has been extremely heightened due to the pandemic. The rooms are not just cleaned, they're DETAILED. There is not even a suggestion that the rooms held a guest before you. No dust behind the bedside tables, not a single hair on the mattress (yes, I check!) Last night, for the first time in about 8 years, I forgot to check for bedbugs before I lay down - that's saying something about how "at home" this hotel makes me feel. (Pro tip, always check for b-bugs...) Staff are friendly and helpful, and make a point to welcome me back (by name) every time I visit. Highly, highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The hotel in and out is very good. The rooms are so good with comfy beds, nice decor, good picture frames in the rooms, fancy lamps. The only thing I don’t like is the grab n go breakfast. No a huge fan of breakfast bag. The kitchen exhaust had broke down so they had to close the breakfast room for hot breakfast. Bath tub was draining slowly which was taken care by the front desk evening staff who gave us an additional room just to use the shower area. Will give an another chance and will definitely return whenever I get a chance to stay back in the city.

Clean and they have a free shuttle from the airport, but I would’ve liked to have known the hot tub was under construction. I was really looking forward to it and so, I would’ve booked elsewhere.

Clean modern, comfortable hotel.Great bed and very good free breakfast.

This hotel is very reasonably priced and has the most comfortable beds.

Staff went out of their way to make our overnight stay a pleasant one. We were on our way home to Fairbanks, Alaska with 2 dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Clean, great breakfast, quick check-in and check-out. Front desk are super friendly and very helpful. They treat us like a friend or family, they are not robots to talk to. I like how they handle covid situation too, and their manager is really easy and fun to deal with, great group of people. good job! My family and i will come back on summer.

Would give 6 stars. Rooms nice and clean even a free bottle of water lol. Bathroom nice nothing is cheap and hotel isn’t overpriced. Breakfast is good and staff friendly and helpful.fantastic keep up the good work. I will be back
