Shipping and receiving. Tuesday Nov. 17/20 @ 21:15 I don't haul flowers. But I helped a good friend out, I forgot how low truck drivers are in life. Rainbow Greenhouses is a good company to work for, knowing when I leave the greenhouse the next place I go to is you. And than every body is wondering why it is so hard to get a not just a truck driver but a good driver. I hated the way the people at this store made me flee. Now I have not been to any other store's to deliver, and I don't think I will likely make that mistake again if I can help it.

Good selection. There's my positive remark. And now my negative one: Was overcharged for some items and when I brought it to the attention of the checkout person she replied "Well, that's YOUR fault." (How being overcharged for something becoming my fault escapes me). Then I mentioned that I would like to cancel the whole exchange and I was told I'd have to go inside (wasn't fussy about that because of social distancing), wait in line and ask for a refund. I did just that, but won't have to any more, since I'm going to avoid the place . I left the store feeling upset, not going to put myself through that anymore.

I have been shopping for appliances at this Home Depot location in Medicine Hat for last 3 years. I am very happy with the customer service i have received by pretty much all the departments. The staff is extremely helpful and focus on customer satisfaction. I recently purchased Weber Genesis II Natural Gas BBQ and had an issue with its hose. Josh and Kim along with their team went out of their way to help me and I was pleased to see their dedication to make sure my BBQ is up and running that day. I'm fairly new to Medicine Hat but have been to this store quite a few times now. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful....always! I was having troubles with the call center for HD and ended up just calling the store for an order and the person helping me I feel went above and beyond to help me out and resolve an issue we were having. Again this week we went in for paint but what we wanted was not available, the person working stayed late (we did not realize they were closing early) got us all the information we required and let notice for her manager to give us a call when what we needed was back in stock which they did.

Good Home Depot with a good helpful staff. But I have to comment on a ridiculous situation I encountered there. One person ahead of me in the checkout. Cashier asks if he would like to apply for the Home Depot credit card. End of the speedy checkout experience once he indicated yes. They need to run his driver license and another credit card through their credit approval process at the check out and not somewhere more appropriate like Customer Service desk. After about 7 minutes and a growing line behind me and a complaint to another employee I was sent to another checkout. Paid for my stuff and upon exiting the same holdup at the other cashier because the credit approval process wasn't done yet. Who instituted this stupid policy ?

Went to home depot today looking for one piece of wood for a craft project, I needed it cut in 6 pieces well the young man that was helping me treated me like I was the most important person in the store, he was so nice and helped me get just what I wanted his name was J.B. and the cashier was also very nice I dident get her name but you would think I was buying enough wood to build a house, this is not the first time I have had exceptionable service at our Home depot they all treat you very nice no matter what you are buying, Thanks Home Depot staff.

Save yourself the misery and go to home hardware order online do anything but go to that store the most useless bunch of employees ever asked 6 employees for helpall had excussesto not look up a 4 prong twist. And plug after 20 minutes of looking myself threw there mess on the shelves with noting in the right box I finally found it
