They pushed me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and even more stuff that didn't work. They weren't knowledgable and left out lots of important information they should have told me .I found this out by going to another hydronics store for help after what T&T had sold/told me. They're small room/closet light fixture are extreme high heat and they don't sell a way to cool them. Awful experiences(3) with the store and their employees.

I use to deal with this store quite a bit. I stopped dealing with them the minute they told me I couldnt use my credit card unless I purchasrd 500.00 dollars worth of stuff. Every other place has no problem excepting credit cards. And his stuff is over priced. For now on I will order online. I will never step foot in that establisment again.

A small shop, it is a little on the sketchy side but the staff was helpful and the prices are very good. Don't be afraid to check it out for any hydroponic supplies. They had everything I needed to get my hydroponic hops going.

Canada post screwed up mailing my package. staff has been uncooperative and now three months plus later ive heard not a peep from them. at this point i am assuming they are just trying to keep my 45.83$ i doubt canada post would hold my package for over 3 months in a warehouse while they "investigate" it seems pretty inefficient. ive received no correspondence from canada post.

I have been buying from these guys for a few years now and never had any issues (mostly nutrients,pots ect) the service is always great. The only down side is the store is quite small so if anyone else is in there it can be cramped.

After days of research for my little growing project, checking the prices around, I ended up buying a set of tent with a 550 led lamp here. The system works like a charm, I am surprised with the result I get after 3 months. The service is great, they very helpful answering most of my questions. Definitely come back for more stuff and questions, LOL. Highly recommended store in Edmonton.

The only place in Edmonton I would recommend for hydroponic or inert medium growing. It is a decently sized shop that feels small just due to the shear amount of product inside, but the guys there know exactly what you want and where everything is. A brilliant experience that I drive from the opposite end of the city for.

I like looking around before i make a big purchase so....I Went here to check it out and see if they have any reasonable deals on LED grow lights. This place is really overpriced in most of its light products other than the full HID package. From what i seen T & T hydro basically sells these LED grow lights with fancy logos and cool brand names and you end up paying $500 for the logo's and fancy names on what in reality is equivalent in quality and power to a $150 light on amzn, or $1100 for whats equivalent in quality and output to a $300-ish one . KNOW YOUR PRICES OR YOU WILL GET SHAFTED!!

Amazing. Totally excellent service and great prices. They have been a mainstay in Edmonton forever. Really passionate about growing. Brings in products that work and now is going to carry PAR meters from HydroFarm! Go in check them out, they have a PAR meter and can show you what all of the different lights will perform whether it is HPS or LED or even some T5s. Tents are looking good, carbon cheapest in town and well stocked warehouse with everything you need to get up and growing.

After using a grow consultant that was very close with this company I was told to buy over $7500 worth of lights, when I found out these were the wrong type of lights, and that I had bought way too many, I tried to return the lights as soon as possible. The man that owns T and T told me that there would be a 25% "RESTOCKING FEE". They also proceeded to tried to sell me a more expensive lights using shady sales tactics. After I called Gavita(the light manufacturer), they insured me that this wasn't true, and that they do not in fact have "restocking fees", just shipping fees. If your a new grower I wouldn't go here because in my opinion they don't try and help the customer grow better. They are more concerned with profits, and will neglect customers needs for favor of more money. This place is also very messy and things aren't organized well in the store. It makes for a less then exciting experience to learn how to grown well.

Not only do these guys give you the best price in this city but they will also help you out and exchange or return itmes if you grab something wrong. or if you're new to this if something was faulty these guys will always take care of you hands down.. Do not buy from this retailer. Brian will not honour any warranties on his equipment. I purchased a 5x5 tent and all the lights and filters. The tent began to fall apart after only 9 months. I called Brian and he offered no help or closure. Just hung up and did not care. Remember people pick another retailer this store will not help you only rob you of your hard earned money.

Feels sketchy overall. Really expensive electrical light bulb product, LED lights and basically everything else. Guy tells me i can't find better prices even on amazon for LED grow lights. Looked on amazon and found WAYYYY better LED prices pretty quickly. WHAT A RIP JOB HERE! I think i would only go here if i need something urgently right away. Otherwise it seems really pricey, along with squashed space and not much variety to look through in overpriced LED lighting . Along with the fact there's a bold letter policy NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND Way to stand by product you market. I would check out a different one in the city next time. No clue how anyone could rate this at 5/5

Just started coming here and wish I would have 15 years ago when I 1st started growing. Brian runs one of the few places that doesn't gouge thier customers. They always offer reasonable deals, order in whatever you need quickly and address any problems right away.
