I've only dined in there once. For the fact that the lady is very pushy, Insists on you to try everything, like have a drink , " alcohol" and I was telling her No Thank you, Anyways other issues , so now I only get delivered. I really love the food . ????

Don't waste your time here. Food very greasy and something leaked all over the egg and spring rolls. I asked for the breaded diced chicken and the gave me something not even close. All they could say was sorry. Waste of my money.

Usually this is my favorite place to order from but my most recent order was beyond disappointing. Firstly, the bubble tea was the wrong flavor which for a lover like me it's heartbreaking ???? The chicken balls weren't cooked through, they were gooey and sticking inside plus the rice and noodles were both barely warm. Typically the food is predictable, Ill give them an other chance before finding a new spot but definitely disappointed ????

Ratings can be misleading!!! As a first timer, I confidently placed my order after checking the ratings and reviews. For the appetizer, I specifically ordered deep fried chicken wings with hot sauce clearly stated on their menu. However, I noticed a mixture of chicken thighs, breast and wings. Unfortunately, I don’t eat/like chicken parts except wings so my appetite reduced drastically after opening the plate. So I called to check if there was a mixup and I absolutely regret it because I felt like garbage after. I should have just tossed it out. They kept passing the call to each other without informing me so I had to repeat myself three times. The lady I spoke with was very impatient, she explained that the usually mix the wings with other parts. She just kept asking “so what do you want now.” I recommend stating it in the menu or informing the customers. Then, she said you want another one? Come pick up” and hung up after. If you value the whole experience and not just the food, I would highly recommend that you do not contact this particular restaurant.

This restaurant could be great if they executed all their dishes as good as some of their dishes. Honest review: The beef and black bean, bbq pork and Shanghai noodles are fantastic! Full of flavour and seasoned well! The wonton soup tasted like salted water and the filling of the wonton was terrible, so bland, biting into it, it just looked like some low quality meat with nothing else in it the pan fried dumplings however were excellent! Filling was nice, had some good meat, cabbage and seasoning to it, I wish they served it with the pink vinegar most places do. The ginger beef is decent but too overly sweet, not enough ginger or chilli to it. Fried rice needs some seasoning as well, taste like plain rice. It almost seems as if different chefs were making the food, some just outstanding and full of flavour, others bland with zero seasoning. Will definitely re-order but going to stick to certain dishes.

Yes, place is good but I literally just wanted egg rolls so placed an order and got 2 huge egg rolls. Was disappointed when I opened them up though. Got more fried batter than filling this is what I got. Broke it all up just to show how much filling there was compared to batter.

I love this place! I've ordered from here 3 times now and each time I end up getting more food because everything I've tried has been so good. Tonight I got their Peach Shrimp with my Dinner For 3 and it was amazing!! If you havent tried this gem you should definitely give em a shot.

Not good value for your money. Order elsewhere. The cashew nuts chicken ding dish was $13.50 and mostly celery. When we called they told us to come to the restaurant for a refund. Then after we drove 20 mins on icy roads to get there they told us they needed the dish back for the refund. Not only that, they gave us 3 pops instead of the 4 you get with an order over $52. So many other better Chinese food restaurants in Edmonton. This one is not worth it.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered well in advance (2+ hours) to be sure that they could make it. They called after the scheduled time to say they can’t make it. Now it’s to late to order from other places before they close. Would not recommend.

Nice people and service but i just ordered seafood chowmain there was no seasoning or sauce.. plus all the sea food was raw and my baby corn color was off and i had some weird orange oyster IDK.. they dont do refunds they said they will give me a new one but will they ... I hope so I paid 30$ sooo.. they came back with another raw one with sand in the oysters so sandy... yaaa!! SMH

They know how to make great Chinese food. We stopped in on Christmas day to have a dine in experience. They were super busy and weren't able to give us the same service we would have gotten another day, but did their best and we were able to have a family get togother. They are not really set up for dining in, I recommend the takeout or delivery. Prices are fair.

The food is very good, the delivery fast, but the dine in part is not so great. The interior is not welcoming at all. It is set up for take out and delivery. Most of the large space for tables is shuffled aside for storage.

I've ordered from here 3 separate times and each time I have been extremely pleased with the quality and portions of the food for the price. The breading on any deep fried meat (I've had the szechuan beef and the pork seen here) has been perfectly crispy yet liberally sauced. The veggies have been crisp and fresh every time, and the additions in the house specials have always been plentiful and varied. Nothing is too salty or over seasoned. I will continue to order from here until I die. I love it. Thank you so much for making amazing food Szechuan Garden!!!

I ordered chicken and almond and beef and noodle in a dinner for 4, I got a bowl of noodles and 2 tiny pieces of beef, and a bowl of almonds and vegetables with 3 pieces of diced chicken. I called to ask if this was a mistake and they told me I get what they sent and hung up on me.

First time ordering from this place and it is amazing! Food is hot and full of flavour on delivery. We ordered the choice dinner for two (we are a family of four; 2 teens and 2 adults) and this was more than enough food for all of us. Singapore noodles were 100x better than I expected and the bubble tea did not disappoint. New Chinese food favourite for our family!

My wife ordered from another place on Skip that failed to come through. And this restaurant's food was amazing(despite the skip driver having a very hard time find our place) it was still hot and crisp. I would reccomend the take out to anyone looking. Only complaint is they only sent one fortune cookie

We have ordered from here on several occasions and have never had any problems at all. Thier food is fabulous, never any grease in it and the Vietnamese Spring Rolls are the absolute best we have ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant, if your looking for great quality food.
