Staff are super friendly but I did feel pushed through and didn't get all the answers I was looking for. Great prices on lights though, the QG LED and growing my garden super quick and everything looks great so far. The store is messy and a bit chaotic but the products are good and prices are reasonable. It's one of those hole in the wall shops that grow on you and I keep going back too.

I am going there tomorrow. The reviews are all over the map here!. I will let you know....K. Went there. They were as pleasant as any two people I've met. Helpful and knowledgeable. I have not done price comparisons, so Not sure about prices, but, they seemed fine to me. I will go there again. I suspect that the negative reviews are the competition,doing a little mud-slinging.

Didn't have a great selection in stock, the store was disorganized, the staff was knowledgeable but the associate that helped me talked far too much. I was just trying to buy a few simple nutrients and some ducting. Ended up having to stand there awkwardly and wait 20 minutes, I had to interrupt twice in order to stop and pay. Not the right attitude to have in such a small space. Staff had no PPE also.

i read some o f the reviews that are e on here some are bad i personally deal with them all the time they have helped me all the time with what ever issues i have they helped me stay in certian budgets if you guys have any issues talk to the owner i believe the name is luke dont quote me on names in this business but i need some more equipment and will be going there this morn to get it and i would say due to the extra sevices and info they give i would go no where else try them and and if you are unsure of something ask they will be glad to helpand know there $hit so i give 5 stars just wish they opened sooner on sundays my only complaint see you guys soon :)

I've been looking for something to automate the irrigation of my wife's backyard flowers. This isn't a m$ga garden and I was looking for something good and inexpensive. Quick Grow has a whole wall of parts, pipes and drip hoses. AWESOME !!!!!!

Please all find an alternate cannabis growing company for your supplies that actually cares and has respect for their customers. This place does NOT represent the cannabis community in anyway.

I am new to hydroponics, I started with an Aerogarden, and wanted to do a DIY setup with Rubbermaid containers. I went into this store yesterday for the first time. It is small, and there are a ton of products everywhere. I asked for some help from the staff. One of the staff members showed me some containers. They were too big for my beginner set up. I asked if he would cut holes in my own Rubbermaid containers and he said yes. I figured out how to cut the holes myself, it was very easy. I went back into the store today, and the guy at the cashier saved me about $40 on a product I didn't need. He also gave me advice on my tomatoes, and how to feed them. I purchased some hydro fertilizer for my plants and thanked him. I will continue to purchase my fertilizer from them, and net pots if they have my size, for he service alone! I very much appreciate not being pressured to buy something I didn't need. When I decide to expand, I will go back in and ask for advice. I'll be needing another grow light soon, and they will be my first stop.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years now and my father shoped here before me. These guys are vary helpful and have sooooo much experience and info to help even the beginner gardener. They done push products on you like other stores I have visited. And they will correct you if what your doing is wrong. There is a vary good reason that this is Calgarys favorite grow shop. When u want the best products and info this is where I go.

They have a large selection of hydroponic products in this store! It's is nicely organized, I like being overwhelmed with such a huge selection of products :) The owner is pretty helpful, nice guy. The staff however make me feel like they don't want me in there. I don't feel comfortable browsing the store for longer than a few minutes.

I have being shopping here for more then 20 years. If you have bad service or not happy with a product Please go talk to the owner his name is Mark. This store is OG status in Calgary. Quickgrow is the pioneer of the industry worldwide. Everything they sell works and they don't push garbage products. I never have to go to other stores because they always have everything I need. Thanks for treating me so well over the years to the crew that made Quick grow.

Very poor customer service (I've been here a couple times and they don't make you feel welcome). Not helpful, not very knowledgeable regarding a ballest they recommend and they're trying to up sell me what I didn't want. Prices are fair for Calgary but double the price of a canadian online supplier. I won't go back and I don't recommend this store.

Really liked the place, been going there for years, knowledgeable staff and go the extra mile, however, everything is more expensive here compared to anywhere else. I never really looked at prices before until I noticed some thing I purchased was $18.00 more at QG as opposed to the other place! Obviously started to look at everything else and seemed that everything was more money here, for this reason QG has lost my business.

This place is terrible in every way. I'd avoid it if you can. The staff is so baked and make your feel like an intruder. The prices are more than anywhere else in the city for same products. I called as well and they just quoted super high prices to get you off the phone. Answers "Hello" like you're reaching a residence instead of a business. I recommend any other grow shop. Even Quick Grow on MacLeod Trail is a much more professional location.

Yeah the store is crowded with supplies, so what! They have tons of different brands of nutrients. If they don’t have something in stock they’ll bring it in for you. The QG lights are absolutely amazing, seriously awesome results. A bit pricey but worth it in the end after harvest. Will definitely go back and refer other growers.
