Good selection of bark & aggregate in a display out front made my choice really easy. I chose to buy my rock by the bag which made for a really easy pick up in a minivan. 1 hour later my project was finished!

Have yet to see how their delivery process is, as we are scheduled for delivery in 2 days, but if their delivery process is anything like their service in person at the office I am expecting quality. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, even allowed my 4 year old son to take home a little lava rock "souvenir" and he is ecstatic about it. They are patient, even with people like myself who aren't sure what they are looking for yet, and their display of rock out front makes it easy to figure out which one you want. Pricing was slightly lower than competitor companies in the city, and they have excellent selection of product. Overall, quality landscaping supplies lives up to their name. Will update after delivery service is complete. Update: Got delivery early Monday morning, delivery driver was prompt, called ahead, and was very friendly and accommodating upon arrival. Product was as expected. All in all still 5 stars!

We purchased one yard of garden mix 2 weeks ago. I would avoid quality landscaping for any dirt you want to use for a garden. The load we got was basically 90% clay with a little bit of manure, peat moss and top soil to darken it up. Once we got it home and put a little bit of water on it, we realized the mistake, and a lot of work and money went into making it suitable by mixing peat moss, vermiculite and compost for our plants. Nothing but weeds could possibly grow in it the way it was from the yard, and that is exactly what we are having as well. It is loaded with seeds and every day we are picking hundreds of weeds out of our vegetables.

Service, price and delivery were great. Just a bummer the garden mix had a ton of weeds in it. Spending a lot of time daily weeding everywhere I used the soil.

Bill and his crew of guys were great. Very helpful and patient even with a small quantity customers like us. Was treated as nice as the guy on the phone with a 4k order. Bill's crew helped load the bagged rocks. Good prices and found the Rainbow Rocks we were looking for. Harder than you think to find with many places out of that style, size and color due to quarries running out in parts of Alberta. We did not want to put and mix the off colour styles that are now offered elsewhere. And a huge bonus was the small collection of petrified tree pieces he has on display. Got a great price and talk about a talker for a Mothers Day gift! Thanks guys, will be back!

Very happy to do business with a company who gave me no hassles and delivered as promised. The lady in the office was friendly on the phone and in person. She was patient and informative, not rushing me to make a decision on the type of rock i wanted. I ended up ordering 3 yards of rainbow rock for my yard. It was a three day wait for delivery, which was fine. Their delivery fees are the lowest I could find at $75 to summerside. The truck driver was easy to work with, although he did not call ahead as I was told he would. He poured 2/3 of the rocks in front of my house and 1/3 in the back as requested. The rock is brightly coloured when wet but a light grey when dry, so it’s not as pretty as I thought it would be. Unless there is a way to keep it looking bright that I don’t know about? I would definitely do business with quality landscaping in the future.

I wouldn't get dirt here if you have to do any landscaping. You call and get a quote then the next day it's a different quote. If you need half aload more or less its the same amount for a full. Priced to high for dirt. Other competition out there. Just look around for where they charge by the yard and not by the truck load. Can get it alot cheaper

I’ve dealt with all the “major” names in the City and boy is Quality 100000x better. I searched the city high and low and Quality by far has the best Black Mulch. Larger chunks and some of the fine stuff too. A great mix. Everywhere you go for black mulch it’s very shredded and no bulk. I’m just a home owner ordering and having some labourers complete the work, Jenna was super helpful when I first ordered. I miscalculated and called them back for an additional load and with some begging they send a truck right out with the extra. All in all I ordered Mulch, Top Soil and firewood. I’ll be ordering more mulch, soil and rocks this time around. Most reasonable prices in town by far and with an amazingly prices delivery fee. 8 min drive from my house is Rockland @ $90, quality is about 15 min and was priced at $65. Burnco wanted to charge me over $100... 2” limestone @ Burnco cost me $179/yrd, quality sells the same stuff for $130/yrd. Don’t even think of going elsewhere, Quality has your best selection at the best prices. Will continue to work with them year after year for mulch for sure! Thanks Jenna and Quality Lanscaping!

Worst garden soil I've ever used. Absolutely jam packed full of weeds and grass. Will be going back to my regular supplier from now on. NEVER buy your garden soil here, unless you'd like to spend an extra 10 hours a week weeding.

Called them with no real idea how long we would wait to get some road crush. It was near closing time, my bad, but they took our order and we had our crush first thing in the AM. I even had called first thing to change the quantity, they did it in stride and didn't miss a beat. I'll be using them again in the spring for sure

The person on the phone was quite rude, and laughed because I wasn't sure what kind of fill I needed. I even explained the project and what we needed it for. I told them I would taking my business elsewhere. Total lack of respect for your customers.

Visited Quality on a Saturday. Staff was very friendly and eager to help even though there were multiple customers who showed up at once. We ended up going with their suggestion of the Alberta River Rock. Delivery was set for a few days later and was perfect. Great product and great customer service! We also found the price per yard to be the best we could find!

I'm not sure if they just feel the need to take advantage of individual customers. However I've been paying $6.00-$9.00 per yard of screened topsoil at various landscaping places throughout the city, I was short a few yards and seeing how quality was close to my house i took my trailer over and he charged me $24.00 per yard for topsoil. I actually contracted him to do my yard a few years ago and only paid him $150 per TANDEM(12-15yards) So ether his prices have gone through the roof, or he rips people off when he can. On and top of it I get home and start spreading the soil and it's FULL of lumps of clay. If I wanted SCREENED TOPSOIL that was full of clay, I would have taken some from my site, free of charge. However I didn't have the time for that; so I paid you 24.00 per yard and then had to do it anyways.

I made over 30 trips to Quality Topsoil this year for a backyard landscaping project. I have a small utility trailer that carries at most 1 yard of topsoil or 1/2 yard of gravel. I bought topsoil, sod, gravel, and garden mix. Their yard is well laid out - easy to drive in and out of, lots of room to park. Prices are great. When you buy a yard, you get a yard. Never less. The loader operator is bang on every time he dumps a load in my trailer. They have great topsoil that is lump free and easy to spread. Good selection of landscape gravel. GREAT SOD! Friendly staff.
