Always have had good service, but they could really improve their phone etiquette. Choose wording wisely and tone. Felt like I was being bothersome by being asked "yes, why?" in an abrupt tone. Better phrases would have been "yes, how can we help you?" "yes, is there something we can do?" soured my experience with them and I did call back to let them know I would be writing a negative review and she became a little argumentative. Will not be shopping there.

I really love this place. But I had a so bad experience today. She said her staff would be back in 1-2 minutes, but he did not return for 20 minutes. I asked her to check when he came back. She replied that she couldn't because it would bothering him. Indeed she has no customer service mind.

nice staff, but customers do not follow covid guidelines. no one wears masks or sanitized their hands. staff wear plastic spit masks not n95 or medical masks.

I needed to buy heavy bags of manure for my garden and the staff were beyond helpful and friendly. One gent carried some of my bags for me and I recommend them fir the personal touch
