It's a beautifully laid-out nursery and greenhouse, and this made for an extremely pleasant shopping experience. The selection of shrubs and trees was exceptional. A slice of countryside in the city. Have a big selection of whatever bush, tree, flower or other you may want to plant. They have pretty good tags, typically marking which zones, sun, soil conditions etc. the plant needs (although not every single tag has all that info, I noticed some were missing zone information). They also have some outdoor decorations items (pots, trellises, bird baths) but very few tools, so just know this isn't the place to get handtools or watering cans. Parking lot is huge, lots of staff to help, and please wear sunscreen! Haha, I went and spent so much time there I got a burn on my shoulders, not smart.

One of my favourite nurseries in the city. Their selection is usually pretty good, and the plants look healthy. The atmosphere is cute and organized. Shout out to chamomile and judy for always being really helpful and friendly.

A very nice place for buying from a huge variety of indoor, outdoor ornamentals and fruit plants. I m a regular here for, one thing, I’m plant lover and as such when ever I m sad or lonely, I drop in here, and more than often I reach out to staff here to discuss the problems my plants may be having!! Nice collection of interiors and lawn decoration and enhancements pieces. Very knowledgeable and informed staff and always willing to share the same!! A bee-bit on costlier side but then you get what you pay for. They do discounts in pre- winter weeks There some of plants from this Nursaries’s 7th June: Another nice day and quality time spent in n this beautiful green space, to breath the fragrance, feel the nature and inhale all the good air!! Clicked a few snaps for my reference!! Again nice collection: they are unloading a truck full of new beauties, will comeback in Saturday: Leann and Hazel are very knowledgeable here, you can discuss any plant problem and they always answers for and the problem!! This place seemed like it could be pretty good. However, we went at the end of September and they didn't have a lot in stock. Of the plants that they did have that we were interested in, they looked pretty sad and we didn't trust them to survive. The plants were on sale because of this. However, we ended up going to Home Depot afterwards, found the plants that we wanted and they were better looking and cheaper. Unless there is a specialty plant that only they have, I doubt we'll be back

It’s very peaceful and it’s always nice to enjoy the ambiance of lots of green and the wonderful smell ???? just makes you happy and relaxed. The selection of the different varieties of trees ???? shrubs and plants ???? is amazing. You should be able to find what you need. I definitely recommend this place to enjoy.

Best place in Edmonton to get trees and shrubbery. Staff is very helpful in finding the right product by understanding your area and then educating you on the items that might work. Have gone back multiple times because of the customer service. Prices are on par with other places around town plus or minus $10. Cannot compare to places like Costco/Walmart/HomeDepot as this is what they do and the real knowledge is partially what you're paying for. Refunds/Warranty is clearly marked on the receipt and explained. When in doubt take pictures of what you've planted.

I bought 2 trees from them , when i called later and I explained that trees are dead , the said is too much water the last month was too rainy , which I can not control the weather, they do not cover that, i will never buy anything from them again, any other nursery would replace them

Very, very unimpressed. Was not provided with accurate information when purchasing a tree (at a cost of $475, plus delivery and planting). I would have made a much more informed/educated decision regarding the type of tree purchased had I been given the proper information. I would expect that nursery staff would provide that. When I reached out to management they did not bother to respond, or offer to do anything. On top of it, the heavy truck/machinery cracked the concrete on my driveway when the tree was delivered and planted. Would never make future purchases there again.

Very good collection of plants and flora's. One can get ornamental plants, and fruit plants for indoor as well as outdoor gardening. One can get shrubs, creepers, trees, etc. Small to medium size plants are available. Good varieties of flowering plants available.

I was there today.. Last September I purchased 2 roses @ 32.99 each with a discount of just under $5. The roses didn't make it over the winter ... your warranty sucks. I will mention to my friends to watch what they buy from you. That's $60 down the drain.im not happy!!!!!!!!I thought it would be better to buy from you then some retail stores close by.. guess I was wrong.

I went there today to replace my dead tree and I needed help in selecting one. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. I approached two ladies working there. One said she was helping other customers but didn’t offer to get some help. The other staff member said I should check a website to choose a tree. You would think someone working at a nursery would know what trees would be good for the front yard. I’m never going to visit them again!

The quality of the product seems to be 4-5 stars. Facility, definitely 5 stars. Helpfulness of the staff, 4 stars. I am leaving a neutral review though. This nursery is ridiculously overpriced - about 10%-15% more expensive than the competition. Warranty on trees is pathetic: if a tree dies within a year, they'll give you store credit up to 50% of the value of the tree, provided you can PROVE that you planted the tree as they suggested (so you better then start making footage of yourself planting the tree, because you need to "prove it"). Even Canadian Tire gives you one year warranty and full refund, which makes these guys not a very good choice. The return policy is the worst BS I have ever seen - you cannot receive refund under any circumstances, best you can get is store credit, and even that is just a percentage of the actual price you paid. They do not have these "no refund" policies displayed in plain sight, not even at the cashier's desk. You learn about them from the fine print on your receipt, AFTER you have already paid. They seem to cater to home builders and contractors who buy 20 trees at the time, and they don't care much about people buying one tree. I won't buy from them again. I would suggest you call a few other places before you visit these guys. You'll be surprised how many places have better prices and better warranty.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service. After purchasing 3 rose bushes, two lilac trees, bushes and a number of other plants I had only one issue with one of the rose bushes and they did not help at all. No refunds or exchanges, I will continue going to Greenland where they actually "warranty" their plants.
